Friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect because it was close enough to walk to the main attractions without being in the really crowded areas like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps (bearing in mind that these places are also only a 10 to 15 mins walk from the hotel). Very close to Navona Square, which the kids loved. The rooms where spacious for a family of four and very importantly there was plenty of cupboard space and draws! Free Wi-Fi throughout and cable tv with loads of movie (dubbed in Italian) and sports channels. Overall it was fine for a city break.

Like most hotels in central Rome, the hotel is old and needs refurbishing. Didn't bother us at all though.

A bit shabby, it didn't feel like a four star hotel except for the location and perhaps the lobby. The breakfast was sub average and you almost had to chase down the staff to order your cappuccino or tea.

We loved Hotel Tiziano. People at the front desk very helpful and friendly. Staff friendly. Morning breakfast excellent. Location perfect. Very charming room. Very clean. The hotel encompassed and demonstrated Italian culture. We will book again with your lovely hotel if we are able to return. Thank you so much for all your kindness and hospitality. We are grateful! It was A bit worn, especially compared to another hotel with the same amount of stars...

Friendly staff - super helpful. High ceilings and clean rooms. The location is superb - right on one of the main streets.

The shower pressure was weaker than what I expected and the water was distributed unevenly. Other than that, it was great.

The location was excellent I dont think a better hotel could be chosen for access to all the sites. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and very helpfull. Our room which was a triple was comfortable and spacious with a big window overlooking the road and was always cleaned perfectly.

Main fault was there was no cafe/restaurant within Hotel Tiziano. Sometimes we came back late and would have loved to have been able to sit and have a tea or coffee but there was no facilities for this within the hotel. Perhaps they could look at putting small kettles for tea/coffee making facilities within all the rooms to make up for this. Hotel also a little dated but did not really mind this. Breakfast was a bit monotonous exactly the same things served every day but cappacino was great.

Very decent. Fairly large room. Provided pleasant stay overall. Excellent location. Excellent view from room (4th floor overlooking back court) and quiet. Well air-conditioned.

Painful -I mean very painful- experience taking a shower, because of very low pressure and constant deregulation of water temperature. I wonder if one could put up with it in the winter time. Breakfast is satisfying, although brown bread and a toaster would help. Something warm from the kitchen would also be welcome. Do cornetti (croissants) need to be coated with syrup? I would grant a first prize to the photographer for his presentation of the interiors, though reality does not stand up to his standards.

Staff was really approachable and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Central location - short walk to majority of attractions.

Bathroom had mold stains

Lovely 4 nights here. Locatiin superb. We had a fantastic privare courtyard which was fantastic.

Lovely place, helpful front desk. Reasonably priced private Driver for airport. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, Excellent location!!! Nice lobby to meet guests.

Whats not to like ...Central location to everything you want to see.

Locallity-excellent central Rome position, just a 20min stroll to all the places we wanted to see.The traditional decore was just what we were after and as we arrivered in Rome durring a heatwave, the airconditioning was a godsend to cool us down after lunch ready for the afternoon session of sightseeing. Beds were very comfortable with crisp linen and we loved the continental breakfast(variety of cereals,breads, cheeses, meats,yogurts, juices and pastries). Staff were polite and helpful and spock good English. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

The only thing that I could fault about this hoel was that there was a little bit of mould growing under some repair work in the shower, but as i'd been warned about this by reading other review it wasnt that bad.

The location was perfect, right near the Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, and bus stops. The staff were very helpful providing bus information and they let us leave our bags there as we arrived early in the morning. Breakfast was very good with plenty to chose from. The quad room was quite large compared to the other quad rooms we booked in Florence, Vernazza, and expecially Venice. We would stay here again.

Central location, clean and pleasant, staff very helpful.

Location was great and our room actually had a beautiful terrace which we were surprised to have! The hotel also held our luggage on the last day so we could finish touring the city before taking the train.
