localização perfeita próximo de tudo, principalmente para quem quer sair à noite, sem depender de condução, com segurança. Funcionários atenciosos. Quarto triplo espaçoso. Bom café da manhã. Recomendo aos amigos e pretendo me hospedar nele, na próxima vez em Roma. |

Boa localização. O quarto não condiz com o preço cobrado. É pequeno, sem conforto nenhum. O barulho dos pombos na janela do banheiro é insuportável. As torneiras da banheira e da pia estão sempre pingando. A manutenção dos quartos deve existir ou ser aperfeiçoada. O hotel só possui um terminal de computador para acesso à internet. O café da manhã não está de acordo com o elevedo preço da diária. |

O quarto é acolhedor e arejado, as roupas de cama e banho são de ótima qualidade e o mais importante são trocadas diáriamente, a limpeza do quarto e banheiro são impecáveis. A atenção nos dada na recepção foi calorosa do check in ao check out. Agradeço em especial ao Sr. Giancarlo, muito gentil e prestativo. O transfer Aerp/Hotel oferecido é perfeito e facilita muito para o hóspede na chegada. Colocar uma rampinha ao lado das escadas, para o acesso com as malas de rodinhas. A ducha do banho deve poder, se possível, ser fixada na parede, facilita o banho principalmente das pessoas mais idosas. Colocar cofre em todos os quartos, ajuda muito na guarda de valores. |
