Together Florence Inn

It was all very good. The staff and the room were great. There was free parking just outside the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant the first night because we were tired after a long drive. The restaurant was good, with reasonable prices and we were so impressed that we had dinner at the restaurant on our second night as well. The hotel is not in the city centre and may not be convenient if you don't have a car. But since we were driving, it was perfect stop for a driving holiday.

The internet speed was just fair, not very fast - we tried using both Wifi and cable, but the speed did not improve.

The staff is really very professional and helpful. The hotel is especially for people travelling by car, because there's free parking and going to city center by bus is not difficult.

It was easy to find, well located, ideal for a business trip to the Chianti region.

The air conditioning is too noisy. This is probably a design fault and maybe nothing can be done about it. The only way to get a silent night was to remove the card from the electricity point, but then a nasty little blue light flashed all night. So I had to arrange a card over the gadget.

I liked the design,the breakfast was good, the restaurant had fair prices. The location is great, very quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful.

In our shower room there wasn't a shower stall, so when I had a shower the floor and everything got wet. I think they should fix that.

The location, the helpfulness of the staff, the garden available directly from the rooms on the ground floor, the very comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast.

Staff were helpful and efficient. Restaurant was superb and the breakfast was excellent. Location is close to Florence and is easily reached by local bus routes. An impressive hotel.

Hotel style and comfort

The rooms are a little small and the shower minute good job we are not overweight and did not drop the soap as impossible to pick it up even if you were tiny.

Very friendly staff, good quality of rooms and facilities.

Location was good, but a bit difficult to find.

The breakfast was quite good with many selections. Well equipped with gym facilities.

The hotel located in the new street which couldn't be found with my gps system. I needed some help from previous hotel's help to locate the nearby location from google map. So print out map from booking.com before you start your trip. But it was OK that we found the hotel's sign in the surrounding area. By the way, the pool would be great if it is bigger. I picked it because of pool! Anyway my kids loved to be in this pool. It's good enough for them.
