Generelt bliver man som rejsende godt behandlet i Italien, ikke mindst i Napoli. Men her modtog jeg, da jeg havde forskellige problemer med min videre rejse (aflyst båd til Stromboli, udlæg til videre rejse, som skulle refunderes på et bestemt kontor osv.) en hjælp helt ud over det sædvanlige og forventelige. |

Very relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant staff, very easygoing,comfortable room great location, I really liked it and would definitely stay again. I loved the rooftop terrace and the resident tortoises. Breakfast wasn't great . However the warm croissants were good. It would be much better to offer fresh coffee. Also one factor for my choice was access to internet and it didn't seem to be working. However there was an internet cafe beside the hotel. |

We appreciated the unique quality of this small, quaint hotel in the midst of the Spanish section of 'Naples chaos'. We were delighted with the rooftop and its menagerie of tortoises, vegetation and surrounding picturesque stucco buildings with lines of drying laundry hanging almost everywhere and the songbird. We appreciated the kind, helpful staff that helped make our stay pleasant and fun. The location: For those who have walking difficulties it is not an easily accessible hotel. The streets are unevenly paved plus steep and slippery when wet. Unfortunately, there is no direct access to public transportation making taxis an expensive must! However, for those in good physical shape it is a good location to stay. |

The manager was very professional. Lots we did not like; Parking on Sunday's is not available until 7pm; parking locally is impossible. The receptionist on arrival was rude and unhelpful. Where is the fitness centre; there is just an exercise bike. It is located in an unsavoury part of town. The toilet seat was dirty. We left the hotel after one night; we had booked for 4/5. |

Foi provavelmente o melhor atendimento durante a nossa viagem para a Itália. Localização é muito boa, próxima a estação de trem e dentro dos Quarteirões Espanhóis que adicionam um clima muito peculiar ao hotel. |

Die zentrale Lage ist wohl ausschlaggebend wieso dieses Hotel gebucht werden sollte. Die Betten sind von guter Qualität und sauber. Obschon es einige negative Punkte gibt, ist das Hotel für Personen die keine besonderen Ansprüche haben einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Zentrum geniessen möchten ideal. WIFI im Zimmer gratis, gute Geschwindigkeit. Das Hotel ist ein sehr altes Gebäude und eng, eben typisch. Allerdings dürften die Badezimmer etwas erneuert werden auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und kein Highlight. Die Terrasse sollte wieder einmal geputzt und aufgebessert werden. |
