Dass unter dem Fenster jemand verhaftet wurde.Dass uns ein Taxi bestellt wurde und der Preis korrekt war. Die Schildkröte auf dem Dach. Das Morgenessen (alter Schinken, altbackenes Brot) und die unaufgeräumte Dachterrasse. |

Very relaxed atmosphere, very pleasant staff, very easygoing,comfortable room great location, I really liked it and would definitely stay again. I loved the rooftop terrace and the resident tortoises. Breakfast wasn't great . However the warm croissants were good. It would be much better to offer fresh coffee. Also one factor for my choice was access to internet and it didn't seem to be working. However there was an internet cafe beside the hotel. |

We appreciated the unique quality of this small, quaint hotel in the midst of the Spanish section of 'Naples chaos'. We were delighted with the rooftop and its menagerie of tortoises, vegetation and surrounding picturesque stucco buildings with lines of drying laundry hanging almost everywhere and the songbird. We appreciated the kind, helpful staff that helped make our stay pleasant and fun. The location: For those who have walking difficulties it is not an easily accessible hotel. The streets are unevenly paved plus steep and slippery when wet. Unfortunately, there is no direct access to public transportation making taxis an expensive must! However, for those in good physical shape it is a good location to stay. |

The manager was very professional. Lots we did not like; Parking on Sunday's is not available until 7pm; parking locally is impossible. The receptionist on arrival was rude and unhelpful. Where is the fitness centre; there is just an exercise bike. It is located in an unsavoury part of town. The toilet seat was dirty. We left the hotel after one night; we had booked for 4/5. |

The location is great in the very heart of the spanish quarter, just two blocks from Toledo st. Walking distance to Archeological Museum, etc. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is at a verdant roof! The neighorhood is quite noisy; soundproof windows should be helpfull. But I strongly disagree with others reviewers who stated that it is "hot" or dangerous. It just have a lot of "local colors"! |

Generelt bliver man som rejsende godt behandlet i Italien, ikke mindst i Napoli. Men her modtog jeg, da jeg havde forskellige problemer med min videre rejse (aflyst båd til Stromboli, udlæg til videre rejse, som skulle refunderes på et bestemt kontor osv.) en hjælp helt ud over det sædvanlige og forventelige. |
