The hotel was very old, and aged, we were supposed to syat 2 nights, but let after 1 night, its overpriced forwhat it is., Quite dissapointing, pictures are very deceiving.

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr unorganisiert, kein Führungspersonal, sehr lieblose ausgestattete Terrasse, Bar im Eingangsbereich geschlossen, kaputte Steckdosen, verdreckte Aussenfassade, schlechter Service im Frühstücksraum. Im Strandbereich gibt es keine Bar!

Ottima organizzazione nell'assistere la clientela che per le prima volta si avvicina alla talassoterapia. La silenziosita' dell'hotel anche se era al completo ottimo x una vacanza relax. Ottima la posizione in cui si trova , in abbinamento a mare - relax e visita di localita' .

Sono rimasto piacevolmente impressionatro dalla estrema cortesdia del personale con particolare riferimento alle addette alla congierce, inoltre dalla prima colazione veramente notevole per qualità ed assortimento dei prodotti offerti. Il bar/ristorante della piscina è poco fornito ed il personale addetto è poco disponibile ad assecondare le richieste del cliente ( un solo esempio per tutti: non è disponibile la coca cola, prodotto peraltro di larghissima diffusione ed ancora la richiesta di un'insalata mista e di un dessert ha messo in crisi il cameriere)

La posizione incantevole immersa in una pineta fantastica impiantata alla fine dell'ottocento.. La zona welnees è fantastica il personale gentilissimo e molto cordiale , le camere molto pulite e curate, ottimo il cibo ed ovviamente il vino toscano! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono se presenti sconti significativi altrimenti lo giudicherei un pò caro nell'insieme un grazie a tutto lo staff paolo e annia

Sono una cliente affezionata di questo hotel, ma questa volta l'accoglienza e' stata deludente. Avevo prenotato una camera Classic com'e sempre e mi e' stata data una camera davvero al di sotto dello standard dell'hotel. Ho chiesto un cambio e non sono stata accontentata dicendomi che dal momento che il giorno dopo avrebbero chiuso l'hotel per ferie non c'erano altre camere pronte. Sono rimasta molto delusa perché com'e ho fatto presente le altre volte mi erano state assegnate camere molto carine che giustificavano la tariffa! Il personale ha pure visto il mio storico ma non si e' pero preoccupato di accontentarmi visto che gli ospiti presenti erano pochissimi e quindi c'erano molte camere a disposizione!

Bello il parco, soprattutto per la vicinanza al mare; molto suggestiva la grotta con le piscine! Favolosa l'idea dell'acqua di mare calda che non si trova facilmente in italia, neanche dove il mare è molto vicino! Potrebbe essere migliorato il rapporto qualità/prezzo del ristorante.

Hotel molto bello, pulito, camera accogliente, personale eccezionale, L'unica pecca riscontrata sono gli ingressi alle piscine per I trattamenti secondo me un po' troppo cari per chi soggiorna nell'Hotel e non è giusto che, per chi deve lasciare la struttura alle 11.00 della mattina, non possa neanche fare un "bagnetto" se non pagando la quota intera di 40 euro a persona.

La spa talassoterapia piscine belissime, la natura, I fiori e I giardini dell'hotel, il mare, il clima. Buona la prima colazion La cucina ripetitiva nel ristorante corallo e non eccellente per la classifica dell'hotel. Nella camera 110 manca uno specchio intero.

Lo staff deliziosamente gentile wed efficiente, sia dell'hotel sia della spa, il confort delle camere, la vista mare, I giardini curati, l'arredamento sobrio ed elegante, la colazione ineccepibile, mai trovato finora, neppure in hotel deluxe 5 stelle un così vasto assortimento, compreso I latte di soya e altri dettagli. Bella anche la piscina di acqua di mare, comoda la spiaggia di fronte all'hotel La spa è sicuramente ad altissimi livelli, e insuperabile la grotta per I percorsi di thalassoterapia. Soggiorno indimenticabile.

Sono rimasta molto colpita dal centro talasso, mi sono goduta molto il percorso consigliato e mi sono concessa persino un massaggio agli olii. Posizione ottima, servizio molto buono e superbo il ristorante unico neo eccessivamente costosi I pasti.

отель приличный, несколько догорой ( в сравнении с окрестностями ужин). Нужна машина много красивых мест рядом. Спа достаточно хороший, оч. удобные постели. Красивы басейн с мормкой водой среди кедров.На лежаках мягкие матрацы - уходить не хотелось. Берег песчаный пляж на смом высоком уровне: супер лежаки, шезлонги полотенца и подушечки, вода все бесплатно. Каждый вечер в баре приятная живая музыка итальянские голоса - прима! Ну, и ложка дегтя интернет платный и медленный.

Nous connaissions l'etablissement en hiver et ce séjour n'était qu'une étape sur le retour vers Nice. Nous avons surtout aimé les alentours de Toscane et le spa. Les chambres,leur superficie,leur déco,leur vue ne sont pas dignes du classement de l'établissement. La restauration n'est pas à la hauteur:carte trés limitée et buffet sans interet.
