Hotel Tonic  

Staff very helpful - both on reception and in catering/cleaning. Breakfast buffet excellent and service very good. Good all round service and support. Location very good - close to the main areas and the coach back to the airport - also close to the main bus routes for getting round Palermo and surrounding villages. If you go any closer into Palermo it becomes more noisy and more congested so being about 4/5 minutes away from the main centre helps particularly at night time. Area appears safe for tourists.

If I had a slight criticism it would be that the beds are a little hard for my personal preference - good for the back though.

For me the location was absolutly perfect for walking everywhere, it's close to the main sights and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around. The breakfast is ok, small selection of products but the fruit is very tasty. Staff at the breakfast room is very kind and friendly.

In my opinion the bed is very hard, not good to rest properly after spending the day walking around the city. The tv is very small in proportion with the size of the room, but this was not a problem for me as I did not intend to spend time in the bedroom watching tv.

if you travel alone, never order this hotel! since the single room all at the side of the lift. The sound of lift is so terrible that you could not sleep at night, it is a really nightmare!!! I never book this hotel again!!!

Good location, easy to reach from train station, bus station, port; easy to reach both the old part of Palermo (Quatro Canti et al) and the new part.

It is noisier than one would expect: first, the street noise still gets through despite double class windows; second, plumbing is noisy and the location of the bathrooms makes you hear the neighbour's shower etc.; third, despite solid doors all the sounds from the corridors and reception desk can clearly be heard even three stories above the lobby.

Il termine "piaciuto" non si concilia con la finalità di un soggiorno di lavoro di bevissima durata. Quando si lavora si guarda al sodo.

Troppe scale

Abbiamo trovato camere ampie e protette dal rumore, gadevolmente arredate e pulite; buona posizione tra il porto (per l'arrivo in traghetto) e il centro storico (per noi anche + stata gradita la vicinanza ad un ristrante che ci piace molto, Al cancelletto verde in via Wagner), su strade non particolarmente trafficate; comodissimo servizio garage a prezzo ragionevole, personale cordiale e competente (ci hanno richiamato subito perché avevamo lasciato qualcosa in camera)..

La doccia avrebbe avuto bisogno di revisione.

camerea molto spaziosa nonostante fossimo in tre. ottimo prezzo pur essendo in pieno centro, posizione eccezionale con il grande vantaggio di posteggiare l'auto davanti l'hotel , e andare a piedi. ottima qualità dei cibi della prima colazione, con un buffet per ogni tipo di esigenza e molto vario. molto cordiali e accoglienza squisita dello staff.

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione centrale, ideale per visitare la città. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile, la camera accogliente e spaziosa.

La colazione a buffet era abbondante ma di bassa qualità. Molto meglio consumarla in uno dei bar palermitani!

Інтернетом можна було користуватися лише в коридорі. В номері сигнал був занадто низький

ﾎﾃﾙｽﾀｯﾌの応対が大変良かった。特に若い男性のｽﾀｯﾌはこちらの困った事に親身になっていろいろ相- 談にのってくれた。彼には「ありがとう」といいたい。

希望：朝食に野菜がもっとあれば、と思った。その他は問題なし。
