staff experienced and very nice and helpful. The fact that my room window gave to the shaft and all the time i could hear the flushing and running wtaer of all people. moreoevr my room was in the middle so i could hear evryone moving on the floor

Good location, easy to reach from train station, bus station, port; easy to reach both the old part of Palermo (Quatro Canti et al) and the new part. It is noisier than one would expect: first, the street noise still gets through despite double class windows; second, plumbing is noisy and the location of the bathrooms makes you hear the neighbour's shower etc.; third, despite solid doors all the sounds from the corridors and reception desk can clearly be heard even three stories above the lobby.

Location is nice .. huge room ...breakfast was nice and with a wide choice ... staff at breakfast was Very polite !!! I enjoyed staying there... Shower was fixed and it was rather inconvenient . though wi-fi was free ...there was no coverage in our room on the last floor .. room 406 if i'm not mistaken...so I had to go out to the stairs and spend time using net sitting on da cold marble stairs ...

nothing to mention for good if you travel alone, never order this hotel! since the single room all at the side of the lift. The sound of lift is so terrible that you could not sleep at night, it is a really nightmare!!! I never book this hotel again!!!

Una buona struttura, con camere pulite e ben tenute e situato in una posizione centrale ma non caotica. Uno staff di primordine, assolutamente cordiale e disponibile alle esigenze della clientela, anche quelle particolari. Ottimi suggerimenti sia per la visita della città (con indicazioni precise circa I mezzi pubblici da utilizzare) sia per l'ottimo ristorante suggerito per pranzo e cena. Buona colazione al mattino. Una soluzione che sicuramento ripercorrerò quando tornerò a visitare la città con la famiglia al completo.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. L hotel e' strutturato in un palazzo in pieno centro di Palermo, non e' molto indicato per persone disabili con difficoltà motorie, pero' grazie alla disponibilità del personale siamo riusciti a superare le poche barriere architettoniche.

Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza e l'efficienza del personale. Ma aggiungo anche che il bagno era pulitissimo, le lampadine tutte al loro posto e funzionanti (caso piu` unico che raro nella quasi totalita` degli alberghi), l 'insonorizzazione della stanza era perfetta , quindi il sonno e` stato assicurato! La colazione a buffet e` molto varia ed abbondante ed il personale che vi e`addetto e` veramente servizievole e gentile, sempre sorridente e premuroso. La stanza era perfettamente climatizzata e la tv color ben posizionata e funzionava benissimo. Non mi riesce di trovare alcun serio difetto.
