A very small bathroom, the double bed consisted of two single beds, a large ditch in the middle, very uncomfortable. Very difficult I found a parking area, was very crowded and noisy. Another negative point was the breakfast, close that does not exist. |

The road to the hotel was closed due to the sport events, and we had to wait for few hours. The management offerd free apperitif to compensate, but we were not informed before the trip of this major inconveniance. The sport activity was planned 3 months before our trip, we would pick another hotel. |

The reception staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I found the only free park in the street right outside the hotel and the hotel was so central it enabled us to see everything we wanted to in Palermo. Me and my friends would stay there again and will be recommending it to others. The only problem I had was the mattress on the bed was solid. |

Friendly staff, breakfast quite good Noise funnelled up from the central reception up to the stairwell to the rooms. Beds were so narrow & hard I barely got any sleep. |

Big, spacious rooms, with good showers. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were good. I especially liked the decors - eclectic, with plenty of attention to detail and always something interesting to catch the eye. There was nothing of the tired, seen-better-days atmosphere you so often find in city-centre hotels. Recommended. |

There are lots of mosquito in the room so that I could not sleep at all. Although I asked staff to give me a mosquito spray etc but thsy did no have it. The rooms were clean and quiet. Its location is very convenient, since it is in the middle of the city, next to the main bus stops and monuments. The staff was very helpful and especially the two persons in the breakfast: The bartender was very professional and the waitress one of a kind! She was very friendly and probably the best guide for the city, ask her for tips and spots to visit. The variety of the breakfast. |

Muy bien situado; el autobús del aeropuerto te deja al lado y està en pleno centro, rodeado de restaurantes y bares para salir (zona muy segura por la noche). Habitaciones amplias. Es un poco bàsico si buscas grandes comodidades. |

La ubicación en la mejor zona de Palermo. Muchos restaurantes y comercios en los alrededores. Bien comunicado para visitar la ciudad, transporte público cercano a los lugares turísticos, y al aeropuerto.Personal de Recepción y Sala Desayunos:10 Me ha gustad casi todo. Un poco deficiente la iluminación en habitación que era muy grande y en baño, que aunque un poco pequeño, estaba impecable, todo nuevo y buena presión de agua de ducha. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Volvería mismo hotel. |
