The Hotel was very clean the staff helpfull the room was very good its location to the city is very good with the metro just down the road and the tram right outside all in all a very good Hotel and I would recommend it to others and indeed stay there again myself no it filled my requirments |

Central location and very easy to get around. Nice bars and restaurants in the area and within walking distance. It is worhthwhile upgrading the room as the rooms at the front are very noisy and warm. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I ordered Champagne as I got engaged. It didn't arrive at the room at the time planned. The explanation I got was that they could not provide the champagne for the budget I gave. Surely I could have been notified of this at the time?? I also e-mailed the hotel about an upgrade as I was getting engaged. I didn't receive any acknowledgement and infact had to ask for this when I arrived. |

El hall de recepcion tiene una vidrera muy bonita. El desayuno es bastante completo. La cama es buena. Relacion buena - calidad en el centro Milano con parking - precio. La habitacion y el baño son antiguos, en el baño no hay mampara. |

La cour au milieu du bâtiment ! Le tissu tendu sur les murs. Hall d’entrée Manque de sourire à l’accueil, ne pas pouvoir éclairer la chambre correctement (ampoules faible et néon brulé), pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, personne ne parle le français, une tv d’il y a 15 ans, manque d’isolation acoustique de la fenêtre et ne pas pouvoir dormir par le bruit du trame et voitures qui passe, si par mal chance, vous êtes coté rue. |

Kamer is benauwd; airco deed het niet en s'nacht rumoerig op straat, zodat je onrustig of niet kan slapen, het geheel ziet er oudbollig uit. |
