The location is wonderful, the staff was very helpful, and the rooms, a singola in my case, was comfortable and quite adequate. I have been staying the last two weeks at hotels in Italy in the category of the HT and the sitting area off your lobby is most inviting. Also the free internet access and the fact that you gave me a card with an entry code was most welcome. I made a note in your book. The mattress was no more than adequate. I am writing this in Milan and my bed has a better (foam) mattress. |

Cute hotel right in the middle of the city. Unbeatable location: minutes away from tourist sights, shops and cafes but tucked away in a small street. Courteous and helpful staff. My room was sort of small but as a solo traveller, I did not need more space anyways. |

They were wonderful and so helpful with everything we needed. They all spoke English which was a big help and the free internet was a plus. I would recommend this to anyone!! The directions were a little tough to follow if you have never been to parma |

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Torino - close proximity to old town and beautiful park. Staff were very helpful. Loved the "Goodnight" mats by the Bed. Would recommend the Hotel to others. |

Parma is a beautiful low key city with minimal tourists. Hotel Torino is right downtown, and inexpensive. Don't expect a big room though! |

It is well situated It is very hard to find. The room was not very good, the heating doesn't work and the bathroom is really tiny. There is no pressure in the shower and it takes age to rinse off. It is very noisy. |

good location, the hotel is old, right in the historic centre of the city. Clean room, not spacious but enough. The children slept in a couch bed that expanded to a top and a bottom bed, they loved it. Very poor breakfast buffet, that makes the total price appear too high. Tiny breakfast area, bad coffee ruined our impressions. |

Excellent location in city centre and friendly staff The room was too hot. There appeared to be hot pipes heating the floor even though the heating was off |

The location was supurb, the staff were wonderful both before and during our stay, and the room on the top floor was very clean with a lovely bathroom. The wrap around terrace with fantastic views of the rooftops was a bonus,as was the free internet and continental breakfast. We enjoyed this small hotel very much and would return the shower screen kept closing against us whilst showering |

The location was fantastic - right in the middle of Parma within walking distance from everything I needed, especially efsa. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The valet parking was a laugh as the car park is so small that a member of staff parks the car - when I got mine back the man had to get out two cars first then mine. It reminded me of the 70s British sitcom Butterflies. |
