Hotel Tornabuoni Beacci

The ambience of the hotel was lovely, a perfect base for a stay in Florence. The staff were very accomodating and welcomimg. The location was perfect as it is very central and only a few minutes walk to all of the major landmarks and the railway station. The rooftop terrace was delightful with stunning views of the city. I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

Pigeons a nuisance when eating/drinking on the rooftop terrace.

very centrally located in Florence, ideal for a base to come and go. Excellent roof top open balcony area for relaxing and also having breakfast. Staff were very helpful though appeared at times to be run off their feet

Shower was not to the same standard with the rest of the hotel with low water pressure and an average shower head (in the revieweräs opinion needs replacing)

Fantastic room. Furniture is decorated by artificial ageing. Looks very nice. Big comfortable rooms with painting on ceiling. Bathroom and WC are separate and big. Cosy terrace on the roof where you can enjoy nice view during breakfast.

Noise from the street

The hotel staff was very nice and helpfull. The location was perferct. Breakfast was very good. I'd definitely stay there if I'm ever in Florence again.

The room was in the fourth floor attic area and this was small and was a maze to find. It had a good rate so it was fine for what we paid. But you may want to enquire about a room on a lower floor

Very good breakfast. The staff was exteremely helpful for assisting us with tourist info, calling taxis, and making dinner reservations. Cute hotel room on a street with very upscale shops.

Our room was gorgeous and the terrace for breakfast and happy hour was great. We loved this hotel and hated to leave (after six nights) the wonderful facilities, location, and staff. I've been to Florence several times and have never enjoyed a stay more.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tornabuoni Beacci! Will recommend to friends and family who may one day visit Florence. Hotel location was upscale surrounded by designer shops. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Service was exceptional from the concierge Gino to the restaurant and bar staff Angelo, Naim, Behar, Silli, and the rest whose names we did not get.

None. Only additional comment. It is in the process of being remodeled. It was explained to us that it used to be a pensione that occupied only the 4th floor of its current location. The hotel name sign is small. What stands out is the sign Tiffany. But we didn't have a problem finding it after getting very clear directions on the phone when we got off our train.
