I liked location,view and design.

I didnot like breakfast,comfort,internet,the room where i was.

It is located in the center of old town, very close to the Duomo and bridge, easy to go shopping and sightseeing.

The WIFI connection are very poor in the room, you can feel. Some times you have poor signal and need to re-connet then type in the password again and again on cell phone. Sometimes you have signal but fail to connect to it.

Lovely accommodating staff! Superb location. Spacious rooms. I have recommended the hotel to a group that is planning a trip there in May.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough to make to help. The hotel is situated in a very quiet road and very centrally located.

No bad points about this hotel

The location was amazing, in the center of everything. Ponte veccio 3 minutes walking, nice restaurants all around. The rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast continental and fair enough for the price. Ask for cappuccino, they make it for you! 25% discount at Harry's Bar, brother of the owner, amazing restaurant with good wines, you have to do that! Price-quality = ok.

Not much luxury in the room, mini-bar almost empty. Small flatscreen TV, half of the channels did not work. Large building, took 5 minutes to get out. Elevator really slow and small. Personnel not personal and not friendly, bit boring.

Location, communal areas

Rooms are so very different. I ahve stayed in a large luxury room before and got a tiny overfurnished one, with v poor bathroom this time- hit and miss.

Incredibly hard pillows. Need to invest in some lovely downy ones so can get a good nights sleep.

It was a beautiful hotel, we felt as though we were staying in a museum. The decor of the rooms was very traditional and cute. The staff was also amazing and happy to help. The location was also vey good, located in the heart of an amazing shopping area in Florence! We fell in love with Florence and this hotel. I would certainly stay there again.

There was nothing we didn't like about it.

It was in a great location and was very convenient to tourist sites, restaurants and the train station since we did not have a car. The staff was wonderful.

Luxury hotel in central location at affordable price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful and rooms beautifully decorated and well appointed. Short ride from airport; and short walk to train station. Museums, restaurants. piazzas all walkable. Located in expensive shopping neighborhood so quiet at night.

Our room was unexpectedly not in the main hotel, but in a connectied 'tower'. Elevator to 4th floor,cut through the hotel, over the terrace, then a hike down 38 turning steps. Very private, beautiful and quiet, but inconvenient and a little scary from a fire/safety point of view.

Do not miss the breakfast on the roof top !
