所在的位置很便捷，也很安全。酒店的服务人员很NICE。露台蛮漂亮的。相较欧洲酒店的价格，这个酒店性价- 比还不错，反正你只是去旅游而不是去度假。 房间里的电视机太烂了。SHOWER小了点而且忽冷忽热。没有写字台。房间不现代，不过这应该是他们的风格- ，看个人喜好了。 |

the rooftop terrace made the stay worth every penny. there is also a private little balcony on one of the floors. the staff was professional & very helpful. the hotel was very conveniently located. a great hotel for a couple looking for something a little romantic. we had a room where you had to go down a little staircase to get to from the floor we were on which was a little annoying. our room could have used a little updating. it seemed that some rooms are much nicer than others but ours was still ok. i was expecting a little more though. pics were a tad misleading i though but overall i would recommend this place to anyone. |

We loved the hotel for its location, its friendly staff, the cute roof terrace and gorgeous room with two huge beds and large bathroom. We experienced noise from the street at all hours of the night. |

I really enjoyed hospitality of the staff and hotel. The hotel structure was like a labyrinth but I like the traditional, classic tastes of the hotel with good old furnitures and pictures. Good location for sightseeing as well as for shopping (many famous brand shops along the street). About 5 minutes from the SMN Station by taxi but in a walking distance if you don't have a big luggage. It may be because of the sudden change of the weather but the room was a bit cold for me. |

The location, the roof terrace. Staff were attentive and helpful. Nice room Only that the air conditioning in room didn't work. After complaining a fan was provided. Everything else was very good |

Location and value. Unfortunatelly there were another room where the bathroom was located in the same wall as my bed were located. Everytime the "neighbour" decided to have a shower I woke up because of the high level of the noise. |

general atmosphere, pleasant staff and the pensione feel. my bathroom needed attention, it was not possible to use the shower without flooding the floor because the screen was ineffective. also hot water was not always available. |

Close to train station and ancient Rome sites, but not in main tourist area. Excellent value. Full breakfast. Good-sized room, very nice bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Would return there again without hesitation. |

Location is central to many sites in center of the city, many good restaruants in the area within walking distance, beautiful roof top garden for breakfast or to have a cocktail. Rooms were clean, large with all expected accomodations. Mattresses were a bit too hard for my liking. |

The proximity to the centre of Florence and being able to sit on the terrace in the evening. Not being able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace because of the pigeons! |

Perfect location, beautifully decorated, quiet room, charming staff and breakfast room and gorgeous rooftop terrace, excellent value. Bathroom needs renovation (shower leaked onto floor) and lighting in room could be better. |

We found this hotel just excelent : historical building in a smart area of city center, beautiful interior with a sence of old Florence, spatious comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and spectacular place for a breakfast on the roof with a splendid view. |

The hotel, staff, location were excellent. The hotel is not very far at all from the train station, and very close to all locations. It never took us longer than 15 minutes to get to any of the main touristy attractions (ie. Duomo/Uffizi/multiple piazzas!). The staff was amazing and very accommodating, even willing to make us reservations for multiple attractions. The rooftop was amazing, and should be one of the main reasons to stay at the hotel. Also, the hotel itself is enormous, with a classic old italian feel. We were only there for a few days but will definitely return when we come back to florence. |

The hotel is right in the centre of Florence,easy walking distance to all the sights and shops.My room was lovely,very spacious and it was only a standard room.Breakfast was plentiful and set me up for the day.I found the staff very pleasant and helpful,I would definitely go back |

This hotel is exceptionally beautiful, a wonderful place to stay near the Arno. The staff are very kind and welcoming. There is a panoramic roof terrace where drinks, a light supper and breakfast are served. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |

The hotel is located in the center of city on a beautiful street with many of the shops (burbery, gucci, hugo boss, prado, etc.). It very good designed (classic ancient style) and has a special soul. The rooms are clean and towels did not smell bad. The Hotel has a large terasse where you can observe florance from the 5-6 th floor. It looks very beautiful and romantic. The rooms however do not have balconies and sometimes the windows are very small. |
