The fabulous service by the staff - the location is fantastic - close to all the main attractions and shopping The blind in the main bedroom was missing - so you had no blockout - a couple of the lights had blown globes - some of the furniture were badly soiled |

The staff was was helpful and went out of their way on several occasions to assist us. If you want to shop this is the place to stay. Renovations to the entrance and several levels of the apartment were going on. So it was a bit messy going into the apartment. The suite itself was fine though. |

nice to have our own space, incredibly good location if no view. it wasn't all ready for us as it was a new part of the group we had been upgraded to... but that will no doubt all be remedied soon! |

Tornabuoni Suites were fantastic and we would highly recommend them to any person wanting apartment accommodation in Florence. They were five star and great value for money. Lots of room and really lovely to go back to each night after wandering around Florence. |

La suite fantástica. El único inconveniente füe el que nos dieran al reservar una dirección que no era la real. Las suites están en tres direcciones diferentes. |

me gustao la calidez de Lariza para atendernos y como nos soluciono la estadia,me encanto la ambientacion y la vista panoramicarealmente fue un placer estar ahi Me parecio muy complicado el tema de la entrada ,el acceso a la suite,de noche es muy solitario y oscuro ,yo fui con mi madre una persona mayor y no se animaba a volver tarde y menos sola,o salir a la noche.... |

La position géograpique (ponto vecchio) dans le centre historique Le spa ne fonctionnait pas durant tout notre séjour, nous avions réservé pourtant cet hotel par rapport au critère de cette prestation. L'endroit prestigieux "via tornabuoni" qui était annoncé sur le site est loin d'être celui à notre arrivée : autre adresse (accueil et hébergement dans une rue étroite et sombre) la semaine à 1540 € sans petit déjeuner, sans spa, une chambre étroite pour trois avec canapé dépliant, très très cher en rapport qualité prix. Nous avons déjà plusieurs fois séjourné à Florence dans de meilleures conditions. Nous avons été dupés. En guise de correction, on nous a proposé le 3ème jour une chambre plus spacieuse, la réceptionniste était correcte, mais le prix payé ne l'était pas. |

La situation à proximité de la ville mais dans un endroit calme. La qualité de l'accueil. Le charme des chambres. Accès internet impossible malgré ce qui est promis. L'adresse communiquées sur le site n'est pas celle où nous avons résidé. Je pense que l'hôtel réparti ses chambres sur 2 adresses (pas très clair).Prix un peu surfait. Cela pourrait être compensée par un accueil plus vip (bouteille d'eau fraiche,...). |

Hotel très bien placé et très calme dans le centre. La réceptionniste est charmante et accueillante. Suite très mal signalée:à la sortie de l ascenseur aucune indication pour trouver accueil.Pas de lumière ds la cuisine et sur la terrasse la première nuit.salle de bain insuffisante , porte de douche défectueuse.IL Manque qqles pts détails pour donner une ambiance plus cosy bougies et quelques dvd. |

ホテルというよりスタジオです。フロントもなく看板も掲げていないので通り過ぎてしまいました。僕たちの泊- まった棟は全部で4部屋しかないらしく、確か4階と5階のフロアを当てている感じです。僕たちは5階でした- がエレベーターは4階？までしかないため大きいラゲッジを運ぶのは結構大変でした。立地条件はすばらしく、- ウフィツィ美術館まで徒歩8分程度。ドォウモまで10分程度でしょうか。室内はスタイリッシュで現代的。広- さも申し分ありませんが、シャワールームの使い勝手が悪く悩ませれたところです。まず、シャワーを浴びるス- ペースは畳半畳ほどしかなくシャワーヘッドは固定式の真上から出るタイプ。よって髪の毛だけ洗うということ- はできません。それとバスルームの窓にシェードがないため外から見える感じです。上半身だけなので男性はい- いとしても女性は結構気を使うでしょう... バスルームですね。あれを何とかしてもらえるとかなり快適なんですが.....。 |

Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sind sehr zentral gelegen. In den Zimmern war es relativ kalt und es gab keine Zusatzdecken. Ausserdem wurde das Zimmer am Sonntag nicht gemacht! Das Zimmer war viel kleiner, als dass sie es in den Fotos zeigen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten finde ich sehr teuer (35 Euros pro Tag). Auch befand sich kein Spa im Gebäude wie es beschrieben wurde. |

de ligging de naam heeft de indruk dat dit een hotel is. Dit is niet het geval. Het zijn "guest rooms", zonder reëele faciliteiten. Er is aangegeven 4 sterren, maar dit kan voor "guest rooms" niet van toepassing zijn. De aankondiging is misleidend. Deze plaats mag niet tussen de hotels ondergebracht worden, maar moet onder de rubriek guest rooms komen. De prijs als "guest" kamer is sterk overdreven. |

La posizione del Tornabuoni è ottima , vicino alla stazione e a tutti i monumenti.L'appartamento ha una magnifica terrazza . Nonostante fosse già novembre il riscaldamento era spento. Mi è stato detto che non era possibile accenderlo perchè l'appartamento si trova in un condominio e il riscaldamento è centralizzato.Era veramente freddo e questo fatto ha reso poco gradevole il nostro soggiorno. |

Emplacement,design de la chambre Prix pour les prestations (clic clac à défaire soi même le soir pour une chambre vendue pour 4 personnes!!).propreté du clic clac (drap non changé).lit à ressorts du lit king size qui grince!!!douche petite avec peu de pression.Ascenceur 2 fois en panne sur 3 jours avec une chambre au cinquième étage.pas de réception (si vous avez un problème à vous de vous débrouillez!!) |
