We made a Tour with our Cabrio trough France and Italy. We booked mansy Hotels here at booking.com. All of the Hotels we booked among this were round about 60€ for a Double Room p.P.! This hotel was much more expensive and it was the worsest of all!! It began with a Man at the reception, who was totally pissed off, because we wanted tp check in. I'ver Never get into a hotel and felt so unexpected. A wedding Party was held at that Time we arrived and it was so loud, that you can't understand your own words... Outside at the Pool no one took a Look on us... No Drinks, or so on. Whe went to the "restaurant" in the evening. It was unbelievable. Bad service, Bad Food! The Same in the Morning at breakfast!

The breakfast that was served was good. Substantial and well appointed. The gardens and pool area were nice even though the weather did not agree with us and we were not able to use it. I didn't like the misrepresentation of the building as a castle-like structure. It looked like a papier-mache'd version of a kiddie castle from the outside.

Potentially wonderful - lovely location and interesting historic garden. No english news channels on tv Not possible to eat there - no room in restaurant (we hadn't booked but didn't realise we had to) and then we had to drive for miles to find somewhere. Breakfast staff almost invisible. Impossible to get a coffee. Very poor quality of breakfast food - rather industrial - tinned pineapple etc Shower tray broken at corner with a very poor quality repair - not 4* Shower screen coming off the rail. Not very helpful desk staff.

The atmosphere of the hotel. The nice garden. Out from the busy city, so this hotel was for us a relaxing place to be. Free wifi internet. Nice open view over the port. Breakfast is not special, not bad either. Was there from Sunday evening till Tuesday morning, so no weddings or conferences. I can imagine that this could kill the relaxing atmosphere. Didn't need the pool, so I didn't mind not to be able to use it. The room temperature wasn't too hot with day temperatures outside of 25 degrees, could also sleep with the windows open. Expect a bit a noise on the far background of a passing train or big container ships as you could expect in an industrial city as Genova.

Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo a livello di Hotel, un pò meno come Ristorante !! le camere sono belle, anche un pò romantiche e comode ! Il bagno è piccolino ma, come tutto il resto, molto pulito. Il personale dell'hotel è stato davvero gentile !! La colazione è servita bene e molto soddisfacente. noi li consigliamo sinceramente a chi volesse visitare Genova e dintorni, usando il treno piuttosto che l'automobile, visto il traffico della città. La stazione di Prà è molto vicina e comodissima per il parcheggio. Solo il fatto che durante la cena nel Ristorante dell'Hotel, peraltro molto carino, ci hanno servito un vino "palesemente" non buono (con fondi di bittiglia..tanto per capirci !!), abbiamo ordinato un altro bicchiere e lo hanno messo in conto !!

Joli cadre Très belle vue en haut de la tour, il faut demander les clés. Chambres spacieuses Le personnel n'est pas très aimable et parle uniquement italien. Les horaires de la piscine sont beaucoup trop restreints!!! De 14h00 a 18h30... Manque d' animation Carte du restaurant très restreinte c est vraiment dommage avec quelques efforts cet hôtel pourrait etre très agréable...

è un luogo incantevole dove dimenticare frenesia e problemi diurni. Molto particolare nei dettagli, ideale per un soggiorno romantico, ottima la colazione, variata e davvero completa, splendido il giardino, il parco e la piscina in un oasi di relax puro. Bello, bello, torneremo sicuramente!!! L'unico aspetto forse il cibo serale presso il ristorante interno un pò caro e non abbondante, ma per un week end ne vale la pena.

Certamente la posizione è incantevole, nonostante una strada piuttosto impervia per raggiungerla. La struttura è piuttosto datata, le camere molto piccole, il bagno nella nostra camera, nonostante fosse grande a sufficienza, non aveva il bidet (questo sconosciuto....) ed era in condizioni davvero scarse. Pareti scrostate in alcuni punti, guarnizioni cadenti, insomma un vero squallore. La colazione è di pessima qualità e di scarsa varietà. Il personale certamente non friendly. Certamente NON è un hotel 4 stelle!

La posizione tranquilla immersa nella natura ed il favoloso panorama. Sembravamo tornati indietro nel tempo........Inoltre il fatto che avesse il parcheggio! Lo spazio intorno alla piscina "mignon" ......per non dire quasi inesistente e la mancanza (almeno nella nostra camera) di un bidet !

L'hotel è ricavato all'interno di una struttura davvero molto bella.Bella la vista anche se in parte devastata da delle obrobriose costruzioni (simili a caserme) che tagliano la vista sul mare.Molto bello il parco dicui l'hotel è dotato.

Este hotel debería llamarse "Hotel cambiazo" no cambiaso.. Porque es un timo en toda regla! El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las fotografías. Por si no fuera suficiente que esté super mal indicado, encima de una colina en un barrio bastante malo, resulta que las fotografías están hechas de tal modo que parece un gran hotel con unas grandes instalaciones y otras tantas cosas que parecen lo que no son de este hotel. El personal es antipático, la piscina estaba cerrada, la habitación sucia y olía fatal. La cama estaba rota y el colchón era horrible! No he dormido en ningún hotel peor que este!

Das Hotel hatte Charme. Die Einrichtung war toll. Am Hotel ist ein sehr schöner Park. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war gut. Kleiner netter Pool. Parken im Hotel. Die Zufahrt über sehr enge Straßen. Der Pool ist von Montag bis Mittwoch geschlossen. Haben trotzdem gebadet, war kein Problem. Spiegeleier muß man sich selber braten.
