The design and appearance of the building; beautiful and so is the surrounding and view. Good restaurant, personal service. Rooms with a character. The pool was not operative. Bar was not open, service not easily accessible. |

Nice but removed setting. Large rooms and nice bathrooms. There is an annex so guest should be aware of being placed there rather than the main building. It is really made for meetings and other Italian gatherings, such as weddings, baptisms. Food is marginal at best with very limited menu. And restaurants too far to seek by car. Staff and services are targetted for larger events with single guests somewhat secondary. BUT it is inexpensive by italian standards. No internet, be aware. |

Had a charm about it and nice location on top of a hill which gives great views. Could be slightly difficult to reach without a car.Found the staff very helpful especially the Lady on duty when we arrived on the Sunday afternoon. She went out of her way to find us a nice place to eat and did quite a bit of phoning around to do so.I am sorry I cannot remember her name. |

Our first impression was good. Nice looking hotel on top of the hill. This 4-star hotel was the worst we stayed in. The hotel staff was not courteous and preoccupied with their own activity. No elevators to carry luggage, or offer to help. Passports were held overnight. In-room bar stuffed only with water. Included breakfast offered only simple food choices and small quantity. |

The hotel itself is very interesting - the castle. They have a beautiful garden with caves and gardens. Just nice and worth for the emotions! if you come during weekend and if the wedding is celebrated - you might experience a bit of noise. As well it is difficult to reach the hotel without the car. |

Scomodo, personale non all'altezza per un 4 stelle, 3 piani a piedi con valigie senza nessun aiuto (ed eravamo alle 6 di pomeriggio), vista su 2 caseggiati popolari, no aria condizionata), colazione molto carente, check-out imbarazzante per l'incompetenza. |

ホテルの施設はすばらしいです。特に庭は特筆もので、蛍がみられ、また夜にライトアップされている洞窟などがありとても楽しめることができます。ただし、私たちが宿泊した夜のディナーのウェイターは最悪でした。４つ星の名には全く値しません。レストランに到着したら、少なくともメニューを最初に渡せばいいのに、席についてから延々と待たされ、メニューをくれたら２分後には何にするかと問われ、決まってないとまた延々注文をとるまで待たされました。注文後、やっと一皿目が出てきたと思ったらすぐ、２皿目が出てきて、１皿目は有無をいわさず下げられるなど、２度とレストランでは食べないと決めました。 私はヨーロッパ在住なので、ある程度ののんびり加減にはなれていますが、のんびりどころでなく敵意を感じる程のものでした。日本のサービスになれている方には絶対に我慢がならないと思います。 |

De kamer, die we van een erg stug personeelslid toegewezen kregen was keurig qua materiaal en indeling, dat wil niet zeggendat het een "goede" kamer is, want de wc-geluiden van de buren, het douchen van de buren etc. is uitermate goed hoorbaar. Over het personeel, over het niet open zijn van de bar bij aankomst in het hotel, in de buurt is ook niets te zoeken, het zeer slechte eten voor een veel te hoge prijs (30 euro voor een plat stukje varkensvlkees, 6 slappe boontjes en 4 halve lauwe aardappelen, het vieze zwembadje war geen watercirculatie was, de ongelooflijke herrie in de nacht van kikkers in de vieze vijver, en het geluid van de... |

Das gesamte Ambiente, die dem Stil angepasste rustikale Ausstattung.Die schöne Lage . Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich, die Dame an der Rezeption war nur am telefonieren und bediente uns "nebenbei" . Das Schwimmbad war wegen Renovierung geschlossen, (bei 30 grad hätte ich es gern benutzt).Unser Hotelzimmer sowie das Badezimmer war nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht gemacht. |

Angenehme Schloßburgathmosphäre, Antiquitäten in den Zimmern, weiter Blick über die Riviera, der marginal durch Bausünden von Betonbettenburgen gestört wird, ruhige Lage,sicher erscheinendes Parken im Innenhof, unser Großer Hund wurde freundlich akzeptiert! Service beim Frühstücksbuffet kam kaum hinterher, ohne dass es "brummte", wiederholt musste um ein Nachlegen von Wurst und Käse gebeten werden, dafür leckere Sachen, das frische Olivenöl an der Bratpfanne, mit der man sich selber seine Eier braten muss, ist aber dafür auch nur auf Brot wirklich köstlich!! |

Posizione strategica che lo pone al centro della Liguria permettendo, dopo aver visitato Genova distante pochi km, di scegliere se spostarsi nel versante est o ovest della regione. La cordialità e disponibilità del personale: inizialmente ci era stata assegnata una camera nella "foresteria" esterna al blocco centrale , a piano terra con vista parcheggio. Pur essendo un ottimo hotel non è riuscito a trasmettere quello "charme" e quella particolare atmosfera che ti aspetteresti 'da da una struttura di questo tipo. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata |

per un albergo in Italia, una colazione buona. Bella posizione e bel giardino. Conveniente per la tariffa in offerta. Per la tariffa normalmente richiesta il rapporto qualità prezzo non sarebbe molto conveniente. Il panorama è deturpato dalla presenza di due enormi ed orribili casermoni. |
