quiet location, car park, easy access to public bus system if travelling by car the hotel is very difficult to find, because one way roads mislead you from the directions given by the website |

Hotel is situated quite near the city center and have a parking place. Hotel staff was friendly and helping. The room we stayed (for 4 persons) was large with cooking possibility. In general, everything is old and worn, most probably in original condition. Especially the mattresses would need to be changed. |

Grande chambre parfaite pour famille avec deux enfants/ados (grand lit plus lits gigognes). Cuisinette (2 plaques électriques, frigo, mini-four). Facile à trouver à deux pas de la Piazza Vittorio Veneto. Très calme car l'hôtel est construit dans une cour donc entouré d'immeubles qui bloquent le bruit des rues. Parking gratuit (avantage inestimable à Palerme !). Quartier très commerçant. En 3 minutes de marche, on est sur le Viale della Liberta, grande artère sur laquelle circulent de nombreux bus : le 101 permet de se rendre au coeur du quartier historique en 15 minutes environ (et ce en dépit de la circulation intense grâce au couloir de bus) ; le 806 permet de se rendre en 15 minutes également à la plage de Mondello avec un simple ticket Petit déjeuner beaucoup moins bien que dans les autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné : pas de pain (biscottes), pas de fruits ni de yaourts, eau chaude et café froid... Serveuse peu aimable et peu disposée à travailler mais ne pas hésiter à demander poliment si quelque chose manque. Décoration vieillote et très moche mais literie confortable. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre donnant sur le balcon. |

Sicuramente oltre alla gentilezza e alla professionalità del personale e al fatto che era in un punto facilmente raggiungibile per chi viene da fuori il fatto di avere un parcheggio interno e gratuito è stato perfetoo oltre ad aver giocato un ruolo fondamentale nella scelta. Diciamo che la mia permanenza è stata cosi breve (una notte) da nn poter cogliere alcun incoveniente. |

infelizmente nao me recordo de nada, O pequeno almoço é simplesmente reduçao ao máximo, tb nao facilitam quem por razoes de voo faz o check-out muito cedo, pois o pequeno almoço é perdido porque o horario do peq-almoço esta estabelecido, o preço que paguei foi muito superior ao que estava na booking, porque segundo o hotel um apartamento com cozinha é mais caro. |

Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisen puistokadun varrella. Liikenneyhteydet ovat hyvät keskustasta. Jalkapallostadionin läheisyys plussaa. Erittäin voimakas tupakan haju! Kerroin asiasta vastaanotossa mutta he eivät voi asialle mitään. |

Arredamento vecchio, linoleum a pavimento, bagno con pareti, water e doccia rovinati e riparati in modo scadente... nel complesso trascurato. Non vale minimamente la pena di pagare le stanze a prezzo intero... Tramite Booking.com il prezzo è più accettabile, ma non giustificato per un 3 stelle. |

Hôtel dans un environnement très calme à environ 4 km du centre ville. Facile et rapide d'y accéder en bus. On entend bien les bruits de couloir lorsque vous êtes dans votre chambre, essentiellement les portes qui claquent (forts). Un peu dérangeant la nuit ou tôt le matin. |

La cortesia del personale. Il riscaldamento in camera era guasto all'arrivo. Ho dovuto utilizzare una stufa elettrica per 2 giorni. Il copriletto presentava in più punti delle sbiaditure. Le consumazioni al bar, durante la prima colazione non sono incluse nel prezzo della camera. Non sono però stato informato all'arrivo (anche se non ho dovuto pagare nulla). |
