The suite contained 2 Large rooms with high ceilings and an updated bath .All were very clean and presentable. Great location as well Service was Non existant - I had to call the front desk 3 times over 2 days before they finally sent a technican/repairman. The security light in our bedroom kept coming on at all hours of the night and it was never repaired . The tv color , on satellite view , was non exisitant - the technician exchanged the cable box and hooked up a new cable lead in wire , but all to no avail . The tv was an Old ,small , 14" set - totally inadequate for the room price . No mini bar prices posted, and only 2 plates and a fork found in the kitchenette . I would never recommend this hotel based upon the non existant service .Due to the fact I had prepaid for the room , I was unable to receive any credit for our frustrations. Stay elsewhere folks ! |

Bedrooms were very large. Very well equipped. Extremely clean. The breakfast room was tiny!!! Never enough tables or chairs. Everyone was fighting for space. Not a good experience at breakfast time which was a great shame as the rest of the hotel was beautiful. |

Le camere al All Suites Torre Dell'Orologio sono molto belle e confortevoli. La prima notte le camera assegnata non era presso l'All suites Torre dell'Orologio ma presso l'hotel vicino della stessa proprietà, il San Marco Palace. La camera non corrispondeva alla prenotazione e inoltre quella parte dell'albergo non è ristrutturata. A fronte delle nostre proteste i rimanenti 2 giorni siamo stati spostati alle Suites Torre dell'Orologio in una camera bellissima. La prima colazione era molto stressante a causa della mancanza di spazi adeguati e di personale (non facevano in tempo a lavare i piatti, a rifornire la clientela, a sparecchiare le tavole e pulirle). Il secondo giorno inoltre la cameriera non ha rifatto la camera perchè le era stato comunicato che la clientela era in partenza. |

La posizione centralissima, il confort e l'arredamento delle stanze l'organizzazione del breakfast carente dovendo servire in una piccola sala clienti di due strutture |

Sicuramente soggiornando al All Suites Torre Dell'Orologio non si può che sottolineare l'estrema cordialità del personale che ben si addice al carattere solare e ciarliero dei veneziani |

Tres bonne localisation, chambres comfortables, bien amenagees. Petits dejeuners complets. Impeccable pour un week-end a Venise avec des enfants. La salle de bains est un peu trop petite pour ce standard et demanderait a etre retappee. |

ottima la posizione, e gli spazi interni sono veramente notevoli, ampio soggiorno, cucina, 2 camere e 2 bagni, soluzione ideale per famiglie la colazione ed una non puntuale pulizia |

Läget framför allt. Mycket dåligt bemötande och dålig handlingskraft, från 2 personer i personalen. i samband med att de "tappat" bort vår rumsnyckel. Hyrde en svit för 4 och den bäddbara soffan för 2 var inte särskilt bekväm. I och med att den var utbäddad blev det också mycket trångt. |

Mas que habitaciones son apartamentos con cocina, sala-comedor, en una calle que va a parar a un canal, por lo que no hay movimiento de gente y detras mismo de la torre del reloj de la Plaza de San Marcos Son un anexo del hotel San Marcos, sin internet gratis y un solo canal de tv en español. El desayuno mejorable en un comedor buffet con camareras desbordadas en fin de semana. |
