The size of the rooms and location of the hotel so close to Plaza San Marco.

I did not like the suggestion that you have a canal view room and asked to pay a premium for this when in fact the canal view is extremely limited and not worth the extra cost. Also, the pricing is misleading and you are asked to pay 20 euros each day for breakfast when it is advertised as breakfast included in the hotel room price upon booking.

We booked a suite room, and it was really huge! Great for our baby to crawl around in after a long day of being out and about. Location is excellent too, right by San Marco Square.

Service was mediocre at best. Our room safe was jammed and the man who came to open it was obviously drunk. He was very polite and friendly however, so it wasn't a big deal to us. Our phone wouldn't dial out either and reception didn't care to fix it. They never seemed particularly concerned or caring about questions or inquiries as to room issues, restaurants, etc. Not a bad hotel for location but don't expect great service.

While I booked the Deluxe Double Room, upon arriving the desk clerk said he was upgrading our room to a suite! What a great surprise! Having a suite with a kitchen where we could make our own breakfast and lunch was fabulous and a money saver. We were at the hotel for 10 days and it was like a luxury apartment right in the heart of Venice just behind the Clock Tower at Piazza San Marco The Rialto Market was a short walk where you could buy the best and freshest fish, vegetables and fruit. We only went to restaurants in the evening. Our Suite had a balcony off the livingroom and the bedroom with a great view of the back of the Clock Tower and the Mercerie. While you could look over the balcony and see the throngs of people, the noise was minimal as there are no cars allowed in Venice. The donging of the 700 year old clock was both romantic and exotic but did not keep us from sleeping. A wonderful place to stay!

Very spacious rooms and better standard of breakfast than in generally available for mid range hotels in Italy. Separate room for children's beds and two bathrooms was great.

Air conditioning did not work well.

As there were 6 of us we had a 3 bedroom apartment which was fabulous - very spacious, comfortable and air conditioned. Also fabulous location

Perfect location to see San Marco Piazza. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast is served in a different building next to the hotel.

My family and I recently spent one night at the Torre Dell'Orologio hotel and we were very impressed with the comfort and class of the accomodations. The room we had was very spacious and had a lovely canal view. The hotel's location, practically in San Marco Square, was ideal and beautiful. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Definietly worth the expense.

Without knowing San Marco well, we were a little confused as to the location of the front entrance of the hotel, but thankfully people in the area directed us the right way. Also, although the hotel has a lift (elevator), we were on the first floor and the lift doesn't take you directly there. After exiting, we still had to walk up a dozen or more stairs to get to the room - not a big deal unless you mobility challenged.

Das Hotel war o.k. die Zimmer waren o.k. (die Badewanne wies neben der Toilette Urinspuren vor...)

Unsere Wahl fiel auf dieses Hotel, da WiFi vorhanden, welches halt nicht funktionierte! Zimmerbar in Form eines Kühlschrankes mit Mineralwasser und 2 Bier... Wasserkocher ohne Geschirr ohne Pulver unnötig... Etwas mehr Freundlichkeit des Personals und Engagement für WiFi wäre nett.

サンマルコ広場のすぐ裏にあたるロケーションなので観光、ショッピングなどはとても便利でした。サンマルコ- ホテルグループの他のホテルと併設されていました。 家族で泊まれるスイートタイプのホテルが少ない中でこのホテルは数少ないファミリースィトのあるホテルなの- で家族ずれにはお勧めします。

日本語の確認書には予約人数５名と出ているのに出発前にプリントアウトした英文には４名と出ていました。ホ- テルに確認の電話を入れる必要が出てしまった。確認書の不適切と思います。 部屋にキッチンがあるのにグラス、カップ類が用意されていなかったのは 残念でした。（お願すれば持ってきてくれましたが毎回言わないともって来てはくれませんでした。）あと部屋- の中に蚊がいて姪っ子は１５か所も刺されてかゆくて大変でした。運河があるので仕方がないですが蚊取りマッ- ト をセットするなど対策を考えてほしいです。（他のホテルにはありました） いちばん近い水上タクシー乗り場はサンマルコ広場、荷物を持ってホテルまで歩かなくてはならないので荷物の- 多い人には混雑のサンマルコ広場を横切るのがちょっと大変かもしれません。

No corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Relación calidad/precio mala.Definen la habitacion como una suite, pero es una habitación pequeña. Telefoneé al hotel para que me indicasen como llegar, cuando estaba en la plaza justo al lado, a menos de 100 metros, y me contestaron que preguntase a los transeuntes.

La cordialità di tutti, indistintamente..... e la disponibilità del Sign. Mauro e della signorina Sabrina. Le camere, poi, sono a dir poco favolose!!!!!!
