The staff were REALLY REALLY friendly and helpful. I have never been to Europe before and was a anxious about going to a country where English is not universally spoken. I speak little to no Italian, but the staff were so helpful and friendly it didn't really matter. A really good first stop for a first trip to Italy, I recommend the Toscana! |

Very helpful staff, very close to railway station with excellent access to Florence. Excellent restaurant (Cibbe) nearby. Walls a bit thin if you get an energetic & enthusiastic couple in next room! |

Nice hotel, friendly staff, spacious room, very near to the Central Train Station. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Water boiler and instant coffees were very handy. Good breakfast and excellent value for money. |

Friendly, personal service. Excellent location - it seemed to us that Prato was like Florence without the tourists! The conference centre in Prato was the Monash Centre and this is easily accessable from the Toscana. The room was quiet and had a great air conditioner which kept it cool in the heat of summer. |

Very helpfull staff, arranged even bike rentals. Refurbished building in busy street but well insulated windows. Located next to railway station and center. |

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement et le confort de l'hôtel. Le buffet servi est bon et la propreté bien tenue. Les chambres ont des moustiques. Ils viendraient de l'extérieur, c'est vrai ! mais l'hôtel peut poser des moustiquaires dans des fenêtres pour éviter ce desagrément. Que l'on pose des télévisions contre les murs, puisque les tables sur lesquelles elles sont placées, doivent servir au travail. S'ils peuvent penser mettre aussi des lecteurs dvd. |

La estancia ha sido muy breve, ya que solo estuve para dormir, quizas lo mejor es que esta centrico.y su personal amable, con una reforma ganaria bastante. la relaciòn calidad precio, es un hotel para 30/35 € maximo. |

Très bien pour pouvoir aller visiter une ville comme Florence sans avoir a y séjourner. La gare est a 200 mètres, il y a des trains pour Florence toutes les 30 minutes.vous laissez votre voiture devant l'hotel et plus de problèmes de parcking. Le personnel y est très accueuillant. |

Ottima posizione rispetto al luogo dove necessitavo recarmi nella città e rispetto alla localizzazione dei mezzi pubblici. La struttura in generale è molto ben gestita e pulita, anche la colazione è ok. |
