Excellent location, close to railway station for access to Florence Difficult to find parking close to hotel. One member of staff a little abrupt and unhelpful but the rest very friendly and helpful.

Well situated next to one of Prato's railway stations and close to the old city. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast a bit sparce but, included in the room price so perhaps I shouldn't complain. Close to other alternative breakfast venues anyway!

вежливый персонал, отличное расположение. номера небольшие, но уютные. отношение цена/качество соответствует. в ванной нет фена. пульт от кондиционера тоже отсутствовал(((((((( самая большая проблема - парковка. найти место для машины рядом с отелем очень сложно

Bon accueil, situation géographique idéale. Il n'y a pas de pain au buffet du petit déjeuner, seulement des brioches pains au lait et du pain de mie industriels, dommage car pour des français c'est rédibitoire, je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt, nur ca. 8 Gehminuten zum Dom und ca.3 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof nach Florenz oder Lucca. Der Empfang war sehr entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück war für den übernachtungspreis außerordentlich gut und reichlich. Handtücher und Bettwäsche(!) wurden täglich gewechselt. Der morgendliche und abendliche Verkehrslärm wurde durch Schallschutzfenster hervorragend absorbiert.Trotz niedriger Aussentemparaturen war das Zimmer immer angenehm warm. Wer mit dem Pkw anreist, hat Parkprobleme, da das Hotel über keine eigenen Parkplätze verfügt (nur Ein- und Ausladen).Man ist daher auf öffentliche Parkplätze angewiesen, die zwar durchaus hotelnah,aber mit Ausnahme von Feiertagen von 8.00 bis 20.00 Uhr gebührenpflichtig sind (1Euro/Std.). Das Hotel hat keinen Lift,die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind beim Tragen des Gepäcks in höhere Stockwerke jedoch hilfsbereit

Très bon rapport qualité/Prix ( petit déjeuner inclus) Bien que petite la chambre individuelle est, de mon point de vue,suffisante pour un court séjour (1-2 nuits). Hôtel correctement tenue et entretenue L'absence de pain au petit déjeuner.

Uno staff molto efficiente e decisamente disponibile. Abbiamo gradito molto la cordialità. Buono rapporto qualità prezzo. Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari caratteri negativi nell'hotel. Unico inconveniente la scala per arrivare nelle stanze.

Ottima posizione, colazione esauriente, internet gratis e veloce e staff cordiale. Il portiere si è messo a disposizione e mi ha fatto parcheggiare proprio davanti all'hotel, cosa che avendo mia moglie in cinta è stata molto apprezzata. L'unica cosa erano le zanzare
