Friendly, personal service. Excellent location - it seemed to us that Prato was like Florence without the tourists! The conference centre in Prato was the Monash Centre and this is easily accessable from the Toscana. The room was quiet and had a great air conditioner which kept it cool in the heat of summer. |

The brekfest is not so good . Only one white bred is fresh, other food is inside paper or plastic box |

lovely hotel in lovely convient location The Breakfast was all processed food with very little choice to the point not even fresh bread!!Coffee good |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe as a single woman traveling alone One comment about the Toscana and other Hotels is that the beds are very hard and for me uncomfortable |

Bien situé a proximité du centre ville (et de la gare); parking possible près de l'hotel; accueil agréable; chambre en ordre; centre ville agréable. Pas de pain intégral au petit déjeuner. Système d'acclimatisation dans la chambre: nous avons du insister pour l'allumer dans l'après-midi quand on avait une pause. |
