Hotel Toscana

The hotel is right in the centre and it's really good.

Very small bathroom (but it's ok), small bad, the coffee at the breakfast wasn't good.

The location and the breakfast, very good.

I liked the location , the breakfast and hotel personnel. Hotel located close to the main attractions of the Florence. Located close to the Central Train Station.

There's no Laundry service.

Location. The tee~kettle.

The AC was working very poorly. There is impossible to asleep in the rooms above the bar before 1a.m. It is to noisy.

The reception staff is very helpful & friendly.

There should be a safe in the room. And there should be better spread in the breakfast.

We were happy to find a Hotel close to the Station with so many single rooms at a reasonable price. Although small, the rooms had every facility one could wish for arranged in a well thought-out and most convenient way. The air-conditioning worked well and was not noisy. The ample breakfast was delicious. The staff in the hotel were particularly friendly and helpful.

Staff were good but could have been better, like offering us a map and little things like that. For the price we got this room it was good, but i would not pay the advertised price for the room we were in. I would definitely stay here again for the same price.

Quiet street virtually no traffic. No noise from downstairs bar. Very central. Good price. Friendly staff. 24 hour reception for ease with easy access. Great to have air conditioning.

Not really except the breakfast coffee was a little disappointing for what one would expect in Italy, the home of good coffee!

Hotel is very central - walking distance to SMN train station and all other attractions. top location

Old building. The very center - 5 min walking from Central Station and from Duomo. Internet point on the reception. Wonderful breakfast - many 3star hotels have to learn this from hotel Toscana. Will advise this hotel to everybody.

Noisy street - really didn't know that people voices and motobikes can be so loud.

They have a very convenient internet option that is reasonably priced right at the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet was good, and the place was reasonably priced. They have good air conditioning(important in summer). They have a good location, about halfway between the train station and the main sites.

The bathroom was not so great. There was a little mold on the shower wall, and there were drainage problems in the shower. Also, the bed was not great(doable, but not great).

This hotel is located in the super center of the city, less than 5 minutes from the train station as well as the Duomo. It's an absolutely unbeatable location. The room was not very big but the bed was very nice and comfy, shower facilities were very good as well. A really great value for the money.
