The hotel is right in the centre and it's really good. Very small bathroom (but it's ok), small bad, the coffee at the breakfast wasn't good. |

The location and the rate are surely the only reason anyone should choose this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. There is a bar downstairs and the night is not so peaceful as we could hear the noises late in the night. The room was also very noisy in terms when the next room or the room above used to flush their toilets the sound is enough to make you wake up in the morning. |

I liked the location , the breakfast and hotel personnel. Hotel located close to the main attractions of the Florence. Located close to the Central Train Station. There's no Laundry service. |

towels changed every day, sheets changed two days. breakfast was excellent. room small but value for money grouting in shower could do with really cleaning and shower curtain changing |

Location. The tee~kettle. The AC was working very poorly. There is impossible to asleep in the rooms above the bar before 1a.m. It is to noisy. |

The reception staff is very helpful & friendly. There should be a safe in the room. And there should be better spread in the breakfast. |

Great Location and very friendly staff, the bar can be noisy but we coped fine.Good value. The breakfast got worse as the week passed, the food was all gone,the milk was off and smelt vile, no fresh fruit. |

We were happy to find a Hotel close to the Station with so many single rooms at a reasonable price. Although small, the rooms had every facility one could wish for arranged in a well thought-out and most convenient way. The air-conditioning worked well and was not noisy. The ample breakfast was delicious. The staff in the hotel were particularly friendly and helpful. |

I liked the cleanliness of bed sheets and towels.Breakfast was very good. I did not like the noise from the bar underneath because we couldnt open the window. |

Staff were good but could have been better, like offering us a map and little things like that. For the price we got this room it was good, but i would not pay the advertised price for the room we were in. I would definitely stay here again for the same price. |

the proximity to the city centre of florence. very close to all amenities. good bar downstairs. very old and basic. needs to change carpets, this is more of a hostel than a hotel, the pictures in the web site are nothing like the actual hotel, |

very good location, on the second floor of a building, but room was big and it had a big window too the air conditioning was not very powerful, the area is a little noisy at night |

Quiet street virtually no traffic. No noise from downstairs bar. Very central. Good price. Friendly staff. 24 hour reception for ease with easy access. Great to have air conditioning. Not really except the breakfast coffee was a little disappointing for what one would expect in Italy, the home of good coffee! |

Old building. The very center - 5 min walking from Central Station and from Duomo. Internet point on the reception. Wonderful breakfast - many 3star hotels have to learn this from hotel Toscana. Will advise this hotel to everybody. Noisy street - really didn't know that people voices and motobikes can be so loud. |

They have a very convenient internet option that is reasonably priced right at the hotel. Also, the breakfast buffet was good, and the place was reasonably priced. They have good air conditioning(important in summer). They have a good location, about halfway between the train station and the main sites. The bathroom was not so great. There was a little mold on the shower wall, and there were drainage problems in the shower. Also, the bed was not great(doable, but not great). |

This hotel is located in the super center of the city, less than 5 minutes from the train station as well as the Duomo. It's an absolutely unbeatable location. The room was not very big but the bed was very nice and comfy, shower facilities were very good as well. A really great value for the money. |
