Очень удобное расположение в самом центре города, в пяти минутах ходьбы от всех исторических и культурных памятников, музеев и магазинов; доброжелательный персонал, хорошие администраторы. Плохая звукоизоляция - в номерах слышно, что происходит в коридорах, за стенами номеров и на улице. |

Ничего не понравилось кроме места расположения. Т.к. отсюда удобно обойти весь город пешком. 1. Дать реальные ФОТО о номерах которые бы не вводили в заблуждение клиентов. Позавтракать удолось с третьего раза т.к. не хватает столиков. Обязательно делать приписку об отсуствии парковки и что парковка стоит 20 ЕВРО в сутки. Также ванная комната убрана ужастно. |

Первое впечатление было ужасное, крошечный номер, странное расположение, ужасный внешний вид дома, но когда выдали пульт от кондиционера и фен, оглядевшись, я поняла, что в номере все есть, даже чайник, все работает и за 5 минут можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей. Прекрасный, по итальянским меркам, завтрак. Если у вас не романтическая поездка, то это прекрасный выбор. |

Удобное расположение для путешествующих на поезде (недалеко от вокзала). Очень тихо. Близко ко всем достопримечательностям. |

The location was very nice, as it is very close to Santa Maria Novella 's train station and also the historic city centre. The bedroom was a bit small and the bathroom was very strange. In our bathroom there was no "shower-box", only a plastic curtain, which wasn't very clean. When you were having shower, all the place got wet, even the toilet, which was beside the shower. |

The hotel is right in the centre and it's really good. Very small bathroom (but it's ok), small bad, the coffee at the breakfast wasn't good. |

The location and the rate are surely the only reason anyone should choose this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. There is a bar downstairs and the night is not so peaceful as we could hear the noises late in the night. The room was also very noisy in terms when the next room or the room above used to flush their toilets the sound is enough to make you wake up in the morning. |

I liked the location , the breakfast and hotel personnel. Hotel located close to the main attractions of the Florence. Located close to the Central Train Station. There's no Laundry service. |

towels changed every day, sheets changed two days. breakfast was excellent. room small but value for money grouting in shower could do with really cleaning and shower curtain changing |

Location. The tee~kettle. The AC was working very poorly. There is impossible to asleep in the rooms above the bar before 1a.m. It is to noisy. |

The reception staff is very helpful & friendly. There should be a safe in the room. And there should be better spread in the breakfast. |

Great Location and very friendly staff, the bar can be noisy but we coped fine.Good value. The breakfast got worse as the week passed, the food was all gone,the milk was off and smelt vile, no fresh fruit. |

We were happy to find a Hotel close to the Station with so many single rooms at a reasonable price. Although small, the rooms had every facility one could wish for arranged in a well thought-out and most convenient way. The air-conditioning worked well and was not noisy. The ample breakfast was delicious. The staff in the hotel were particularly friendly and helpful. |

Staff were good but could have been better, like offering us a map and little things like that. For the price we got this room it was good, but i would not pay the advertised price for the room we were in. I would definitely stay here again for the same price. |

the proximity to the city centre of florence. very close to all amenities. good bar downstairs. very old and basic. needs to change carpets, this is more of a hostel than a hotel, the pictures in the web site are nothing like the actual hotel, |

Quiet street virtually no traffic. No noise from downstairs bar. Very central. Good price. Friendly staff. 24 hour reception for ease with easy access. Great to have air conditioning. Not really except the breakfast coffee was a little disappointing for what one would expect in Italy, the home of good coffee! |
