我本来定的是带卫生间的法式床双人房，但到了之后被通知说没有了，给了我一个外部的私人浴室，不方便。据说- 床升级了，可是床并不大，并不舒服

I guess the only advantage of this hotel is the position. Well...the staff are friendly. The breakfast is just so so...the position is very close to the train station and meanwhile the city is not so big so we walked everywhere

The room is toooooo old with the gloomy light, I should say there's no interior design at all, the living room the bathroom and what they offer in the bathroom are the cheapest ones we've ever seen, every thing is like we're in 60s...at least our family can't stand this, it has taken us quiet a while to get used to it...I regret to have chosen this hotel because Florence is such a small city and I believe if we stay a bit more further to the city center, there would be more supermarkets and much better facilities than stay inside the historical center.

The staffs were friendly, breakfast was good , location near to station and most tourist attractions

The sign for the hotel was small and the sound proof is too bad. Wireless was not working during my stay

The location was very nice, as it is very close to Santa Maria Novella 's train station and also the historic city centre.

The bedroom was a bit small and the bathroom was very strange. In our bathroom there was no "shower-box", only a plastic curtain, which wasn't very clean. When you were having shower, all the place got wet, even the toilet, which was beside the shower.

Central location, friendly welcome and comfortable facilities.

The location and the rate are surely the only reason anyone should choose this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly.

There is a bar downstairs and the night is not so peaceful as we could hear the noises late in the night. The room was also very noisy in terms when the next room or the room above used to flush their toilets the sound is enough to make you wake up in the morning.

towels changed every day, sheets changed two days. breakfast was excellent. room small but value for money

grouting in shower could do with really cleaning and shower curtain changing

Great Location and very friendly staff, the bar can be noisy but we coped fine.Good value.

The breakfast got worse as the week passed, the food was all gone,the milk was off and smelt vile, no fresh fruit.

I liked the cleanliness of bed sheets and towels.Breakfast was very good.

I did not like the noise from the bar underneath because we couldnt open the window.

the proximity to the city centre of florence. very close to all amenities. good bar downstairs.
