Just 20 minutes from Arezzo, Residence Toscana Verde was once a tobacco plantation. It is still surrounded by a 9 acre centuries-old estate in a panoramic hill-top location.

The property has been transformed into a large complex offering a swimming pool, fitness center with jacuzzi, tennis courts and a restaurant serving up delicious Tuscan specialties.

Rooms feature classic-style decor and include a TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a minibar. The private bathroom comes with hairdryer and toiletries.

The Toscana Verde is well-positioned for visiting not only Arezzo, but also a variety of Umbrian and Tuscan towns from Perugia to Florence.
