saubere schöne Zimmer. Leider ist die Klimaanlage schwach. Konnten das Zimmer wechseln. Rezeption war sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Freie Parkplätze. |

Frühstücksbüffet für ital. Verhältnisse sehr gut Straße ist sehr laut, Zimmer sehr klein; Im Sommer ist man auf wenig fleixible Kimaanlage angewiesen. |

Erstklassiges Funktionales Haus, durch die kostenlosen Parkplätze ideal für Autotouristen - wirklich nur 5 Gehminuten zum 'Centro storico'. Viale Toscanini ist zwar stark befahren, aber die Schallisolierung ist gut. Wunderschöne Aussicht ... Kein Restaurant - das war im Angebot nicht ganz klar.Aber sehr gute Möglichkeiten mit kurzem Fußweg. |

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer: Alles sehr sauber und bequem, vor allem die Matratzen waren top! Das Frühstück war perfekt und auch Spataufsteher werden bestens versorgt. Ideal ist die Lage des Hotels, denn man ist in fünf gemütlich gelaufenen Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Die Straße, die direkt am Hotel entlang führt, ist recht laut, aber nachts ist wenig Verkehr, und da wir einen gesunden Schlaf haben, hat es uns nicht gestört. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, hört man die Straße nicht mehr! |

Zentrale Lage, schöne Zimmer (nach hinten hinaus auch sehr ruhig), Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel Wenn man das Pech hat, ein Zimmer neben dem Lift zu bekommen, hört man dessen Inbetriebnahme jedes Mal sehr deutlich |

Excellent location, very good shower, comfortable bed and convenient parking. Small & barren rooms despite booking doubles for single use, bad soundproofing, terrible breakfast, one of the front desk clerks was quite unfriendly/petty regarding parking charges. |

For an Italian hotel, the rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are large. Breakfast, included in the price, is adequate. This hotel is functional, good location, and without charm. If you want style along with your comfort, it's not for you. |

The hotel is well located within Parma being only a 5 minute walk from the Garibaldi Square. The staff are always accommodating and friendly, breakfast is plentiful and hearty, rooms are really clean with fresh towels everyday, comfortable beds. I would stay here again without question. |

Nice, clean rooms, good location. Quite good breakfast. Staff were helpful in answering our queries via email prior to our stay. wireless internet connection was patchy and not available in the hotel rooms but only in the hotel lobby. It would have been good if this fact was highlighted before we purchased the internet access card. It was inconvenient to keep bringing our laptop down to the lobby to access the internet. |

Good position for the historic city. On bus routes for access elsewhere. Frequent buses to the railway station. Pleasant outlook over trees, river, attractive buildings etc. Road fairly busy but room quiet due to good double glazing. Pleasant helpful staff. Wild otters living in the river opposite. Adequate but unexceptional breakfast, although good service and relatively good coffee. Restaurant closed during our stay, but there are excellent restaurants within a short walking distance, so (based on the breakfast standard) we would not have used it anyway. |

Stayed one night. Hotel is centrally located (good shopping), and right across the river. Great customer service. The desk staff is very helpful, and recommended a wonderful tratorria right around the corner with homemade pasta. The coffee at this hotel was the best on our two week trip to Italy...made fresh for each order. Excellent buffet breakfast. |
