Saubere Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer: Alles sehr sauber und bequem, vor allem die Matratzen waren top! Das Frühstück war perfekt und auch Spataufsteher werden bestens versorgt. Ideal ist die Lage des Hotels, denn man ist in fünf gemütlich gelaufenen Minuten mitten in der Stadt.

Die Straße, die direkt am Hotel entlang führt, ist recht laut, aber nachts ist wenig Verkehr, und da wir einen gesunden Schlaf haben, hat es uns nicht gestört. Wenn das Fenster geschlossen ist, hört man die Straße nicht mehr!

Nice, clean rooms, good location. Quite good breakfast. Staff were helpful in answering our queries via email prior to our stay.

wireless internet connection was patchy and not available in the hotel rooms but only in the hotel lobby. It would have been good if this fact was highlighted before we purchased the internet access card. It was inconvenient to keep bringing our laptop down to the lobby to access the internet.

Efficient facilities

Perfectly functional but utterly soul or taste.

Good position for the historic city. On bus routes for access elsewhere. Frequent buses to the railway station. Pleasant outlook over trees, river, attractive buildings etc. Road fairly busy but room quiet due to good double glazing. Pleasant helpful staff. Wild otters living in the river opposite.

Adequate but unexceptional breakfast, although good service and relatively good coffee. Restaurant closed during our stay, but there are excellent restaurants within a short walking distance, so (based on the breakfast standard) we would not have used it anyway.

La proximité du centre ville

Salle de bains sans baignoire, très petite cabine de douche avec la douchette fixée au plafond ; petit-déjeuner très moyen ; les photos sur votre site ne correspondent pas à la réalité, de plus il y avait encore 1 grand lit alors que nous avions réservé les chambres avec 2 lits.

Hôtel central, avec vue agréable. Accueil sympathique. Chambre confortable. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Quant à la ville de Parme : superbe !

Do estacinamento muito fácil em frente ao hotel e da localização bem central de frente para o rio e da facilidade para passear pala cidade.
