Es un hotel tranquilo y muy bien situado. Con una atención y ambiente distendido y agradable

el personal del hotel hasido muy amable y la cercania a la estacion al casco antiguo y universidad asi como por las vistas al rio.

The coffee

Hotel was in a convenient location, room and bathroom were both decent sized unlike other Italian hotels.

Nice, clean rooms, good location. Quite good breakfast. Staff were helpful in answering our queries via email prior to our stay.

wireless internet connection was patchy and not available in the hotel rooms but only in the hotel lobby. It would have been good if this fact was highlighted before we purchased the internet access card. It was inconvenient to keep bringing our laptop down to the lobby to access the internet.

Efficient facilities

Perfectly functional but utterly soul or taste.

Good position for the historic city. On bus routes for access elsewhere. Frequent buses to the railway station. Pleasant outlook over trees, river, attractive buildings etc. Road fairly busy but room quiet due to good double glazing. Pleasant helpful staff. Wild otters living in the river opposite.

Adequate but unexceptional breakfast, although good service and relatively good coffee. Restaurant closed during our stay, but there are excellent restaurants within a short walking distance, so (based on the breakfast standard) we would not have used it anyway.
