Hotel Touring has recently been refurbished to a decent standard. The superior rooms are well equipped with flat screen tv, safe, fridge, good shower (no bath). The brand new indoor pool is very good, although the water could have been warmer. The wellness centre (spa) was still being renovated so cannot comment on that. Overall a very nice hotel. Ther was no information about the hotel services in the room but i imagine that will come when all the works are finished. |

Ужасный отель! В первый же день заезда мы застали на ресепшене скандал: были украдены вещи и деньги одного из постояльцев. В настоящий момент в отеле до сих пор (!) идет ремонт и стройка нового корпуса. Нас поселили в номере старого корпуса, отличающегося весьма обшарпанной мебелью. Персонал, скажем так, не слишком внимателен и приветлив (и на ресепшене и на завтраках). Вообще не очень понятно, за что отель имеет статус 4 звезды: 3-ки стоят дешевле, да и качество обслуживания не на высоте. Отель расположен хоть и на первой линии, но между двух дорог. Плюс стройка. Поэтому даже ночью шумно! Окно открыть невозможно, кондиционера - нет. Мы выписались на следующее утро, заплатив неустойку за 2 дня, и фоном слушая об очередной краже в номере. |

Il tavolo degli aperitivi la sera compreso nel costo dell'albergo, anche se da bere c'erano solo succhi neanche dei migliori e quindi si potrebbe migliorare. C'erano però noccioline, patatine, ecc. in grande quantità. Il personale potrebbe essere un po' piu' gentile, ma va bene uguale. |

Hotel pas du tout 4etoiles, en france cette hotel est 2etoiles. Pendant plus de 5 jours, pas de lumiere dans les toillette et salle de bain, et personne est venu pour reparer, je te oubligé acheté moi meme 1 ampoule car une manque de personnelle, ++++ la 2eme chambre on ne pouvais pas accedé au balcon car les vollet sont cassé. Pas de confort merci pour 1 hotel 4 etoiles qui vaut 0 |

Hotellets personal som var ytterst hjälpsam och väldigt trevlig. Närheten till stranden. Rymlig och välkomnande lobby. Frukosten var bra och mycket variationsrik. Det var rent och prydligt överallt på hotellet. |

L'hotel ha un ottimo staff in sala colazioni e in generale,bellissima struttura,ottima vista sul mare ed e' in una posizione fantastica all'arrivo mi sembrava un cantiere,la receptionist non mi dava retta per i primi 5 min,non ha risposto al mio saluto.nei giorni successivi pero',tutto lo staff era abbastanza gentile,ma il primo impatto era sgradevole |

Die Eingangshalle und der Speisesaal und der Frühstücksaal sind sehr modern und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel gerecht. Die Bäder waren sehr sauber, die Böden in den Zimmern sind neu. L’ingresso dell’Hotel e le sale da pranzo e per la prima colazione sono nuovi e a livello di un hotel 4 stelle. Il bagno era molto pulito. I pavimenti erano nuovi nelle camere. Ich haben das Hotel Touring gebucht, 15 min nach der Buchung wurde ich telefonisch vom Hotel angerufen und animiert die Buchung zu stornieren Bei der Ankunft wurde mir das Zimmer nicht im Hotel sondern in der „residenza“ gegeben. Die Residenza liegt ca. 100 m vom Hotel und hat nicht den Standard für ein 4 Sternhotel sondern meiner Meinung nach max. 2 Sterne ! Alte Möbel, kleine Zimmer, Klimaanlage mit sehr lautem Ventilator (um zu schlafen musste ich die Klimaanlage ausschalten) , kein Balkon. Mein Auto musste ich in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage unweit der „Residenza“ im dritten Untergeschoß parken. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren zu 30% überschwemmt! Bei Abreise musste ich 40 min investieren um aus der Parkgarage zu kommen! |
