It is a reasonable compromise between price, comfort and location. The breakfast was very poor and served only between 7-9 am. The hotel is located at a very noisy street.

Spacious room. Very clean. Quiet. Could not stay for breakfast since we were leaving too early. No option given or offer made in compensation for missing the meal. Wi-fi did not reach the 4th floor. Went to the lobby and connected fine.

Excellent position, 5mins from Roma Termini. There is a restaurant/pizzeria right next to the hotel, open until late. There is also a cocktail bar and a pizzeria. Room is very simple, bathroom was in good condition. Everything was very clean. This is excellent value for money if you only care about a clean bed for a night at a bargain price. Breakfast is served in the room from 7am to 10pm. It's a typical Italian breakfast: coffe/cappuccino/tea + brioche and some biscuits. If you are used to a continental breakfast, go find some other place nearby.

Location is best thing. Room clean and decent sized. I thought price was cheap, but learned from locals there are cheaper and better options in area. Internet only in lobby area, so not the most convenient.

Excellent location near Pisa Central station, and so at 10 minutes from airport terminal. Breakfast according to Italian standards (but with awful coffee). Staff at reception helpful. Some rooms are smelly (because of smoking) and otherwise dark and in need of paint and some renovation. Fridge empty. Average WiFi at a scandalous EUR 2 per hour (though I got one hour free of charge). I paid 75 EUR for a large room that turned out to be very noisy, also on the inside: the shower and toilet next door seemed to flush in directly and woke me up at 7.30 AM. Really, the only good reason to stay here is the location near station and airport.

Very conveniently located. One of the cheapest options we could find. Clean and spacious. Problems with the elevator. Very basic place. Breakfast was poor. Wifi only accessible in common areas (not in rooms).

A perfect option: very clean, excellent and friendly staff, good location, spacious single room (it's a rare thing in Rome). And a very reasonable price. Stayed for 10 days here and felt very comfortable (3rd floor, room 26). Noise from the street (no problem with closed window), once unpleasant smell appeared in the bathroom, the problem was solved immediately. Actually no dislikes at all.

The location, staff communication and the rooms were very good, cleaned when we left, way better than I expected. The heater seemed not to work properly, it was a bit cold during the night.

the location is the best part of this hostel, about 8 minutes walk to metro Republica station and 15 minutes walk to Termini station. Lots of restaurents, pizzerias, bars nearby(but we didn't try). The staff is not super hospitable but is willing to help and answer questions. As soon as we entered our room, we discovered that the light bulb in bathroom was broken, and the staff came to change it imediately. When we asked about the heater, he also came up to check the heater. 1.the facility is old. 2.the first two nights the heater didn't work well.(we traveled in February and it was freezing cold),but good thing was there were extra blankets in the room 3.very little breakfast: a crossant, three pieces of cookies and a tiny cup of drink. 4.the wifi signal is very weak in the room; we have to go to the hall to get access to wifi.

Convinient location - just at Termini, which is close to the city centre. Elevator as in old times. Poor breakfast ("capuccino" from vending machine and sweet croissant). When having window open the street below is rather busy and noisy (when closed, it´s fine, one can´t hear the street).

Despite having a bad experience at this hotel, it is conveniently located near Termini station and has large rooms for the price (especially in Rome). Convenience and space, however, mean nothing when the staff is unhelpful bordering on useless. I had an extremely bad at this hotel with the staff. I was in a hurry for a very important event and offered to pay in us dollars to secure my room until I could return to pay in Euros after the event. The obstinate staff refused and required me to waste fifteen minutes walking to find an atm machine to pay in Euros. Any person worth their salt would have realized that I was in a hurry and taken us dollars as a security until I had time to get some Euros. I could hardly believe their discourtesy. In addition to this very unhelpful attitude, the wifi is extremely weak and debilitatingly slow. The hotel should not advertise that they have wifi at all.

Cheap very clean Good bed- excellent nights sleep simple arrived at 00.30 and were in the room within 5mins. Shower good Nothing for £38.50 in the centre of Rome when you arrive late what's not to like. Don't be put off by 2* rating; for service and professionalism - much better than some 3*- 4*

Room 12 faces the back side of the hotel, pretty quiet. Room was 100% what I expected from 2 stars. WiFi worked in room. Not that it was a problem for me but if you are not slim then the shower will be a problem. Very small and a large step to get in and out.
