easy to find and good price
some staffs couldn't speak English,
Very nice hotel with a great location. Three minutes to termini and three to repubblica. All conditions are good.
Breakfast, although basic, was brought to the room. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean and great location if you want to be near Termini and walking distance to centre sites.
Our room was a little noisy early in the morning with the street kiosk underneath the window but overall not too bad.
Internet not working in room, no security box in room or at reception, no proper bag storage on check out day, room locks-keys basic, reception is just a room on second floor after getting buzzed in, building is shared with non-hotel tennants and other hotels on other floors. Plenty of great hotels at similar price in nearby streets
The staff at the front desk, the charming cleaning lady! The room was lovely. Great value for the money.
Not a thing!
bed wasn't very comfortable
too far away from the airport, and extra charge for the airport shuttle.
Close to termini and a good eatery across the road and down a few steps. Fruit stall just outside the door. Very handy.
The smell from the sink plug hole and shower recess drain was overpoweringly BAD. Traffic noise a sleeping problem. Wear the ear plugs.
Breakfast is good
Receptionist cannot speak english, and canot serve our well, rude and badly behaved.
Very nice, before i saw a lot of comments said workers attitude that makes me so worry, but in fact they were very friendly to me
Clean & functional room, walking distance to train station
No English TV channels
its located 5 mins walk from Roma Termini.
The staff barely speaks English.
Awful bed, it was broken and very hard
spacious rooms, clean and close to Termini station
breakfast was rather poor. just coffee/ juice and piece of sweet bread
Central, easy access, friendly staff..excellent bed, cleanliness. Well situated, many restaurants nearby, walking distance from main interesting areas. Enjoyable.
Breakfasts were not to our liking, too sweet, we prefer plain croissants or bread, coffee not very good. Only one member of staff, Carlo, speaks English, which is tricky at times.
basic accommodation but clean and well located friendly staff
air conditioning wasnt working noisy street
close to railway station and other attractions.
a bit noisy
perfect location, nice staff, breakfest served to the room on time, clean
sometimes lack of hot water in the shower, wi-fi did not work on 3rd floor, bad smell inside the room
Breakfast was simple and served exactly on time. beds were comfortable shower small but sufficient, water hot
1. I like the location of the hotel which is near to the Termini train station. 2. It is not too far to walk from the hotel to the Colosseum and the Forum and Palatine. 3. It is near to the Metro station which goes to the Vatican city.
There is nothing that I didn't like about the hotel. It is just that one has to be careful with one's valuables while in Rome. We lost a back pack with a laptop computer and an iPad while waiting to board a train at the Termini station. Also one has to check the amount the money changer gives in exchange. We were overcharged by the money changer. We had to pay taxes and a special fee, which makes us poorer by 50 over euro.
Located close to Termini station which was the main criteria while choosing the hotel for 1 night.
This hotel felt more like a hostel
Location close to Termini Station was our intent. Room was dated but clean. Air Conditioning worked well and was a must. Windows were very well "noise" insulated and required due to location of room over an alley with a loud restaurant. We slept very well and our breakfast was delivered to our room right on time.
aweful breakfast, poor wifi connection
We booked a double room and received a huge apartment, easy to find and near to the: city center, train and bus station, direct bus to the airport. We could let the luggage in the hotel first and last day of our trip. Nice people.
Breakfast. Only one person in the hotel speaks English but you will understand what they are saying.
The ease of getting to train was why we chose this hotel. Another plus...It has a lift for luggage.
The hotel is dated and a bit tired looking. Breakfast is very minimal. More than 15 min walk to any historical site like Trevi Fountain.
