Really friendly staff and helped whenever we had a question. Location was 5 min walk from smn train station and 2 min from Duomo which was ideal. Walked out front door and we in amongst it all. Lots of restaurants, shops in the area. Wi-fi was strong signal but our room was right next to reception. Fridge in room. I think it was just bad timing with our stay as they were renovating our bathroom but when your still paying full price and the following happens its deserves noting: - Had to Swap rooms first night - Bathroom smelled like sewerage plant - Part of the Roof fell on us while on toilet - Couldn't use our bathroom last morning as there were tradesman in there and we weren't notified of this. Cleaner had to wait for another couple to check out and we then used their bathroom. - Shower blocked and had to stop shower before overflowed everywhere - Limited reception hours to discuss above issues - Internet didn't work last night there In fairness the Cleaner was very nice and helpful while the reception was closed and I'm sure without the renovations everything would have been fine but still this was our experience.

Excellent location on the mainstreet, near all the attraction. Almost next door to the Duomo. Easy 10 minutes walk to the trainstation. Large room. Not in any way luxury resort.. :) Quite simple, the pictures give a little better impression.

The size of the room including ensuite very spaciouse uncl a desk. The location was great and only a couple of minutes to the Duomo literally. Short walk to the hotel from the SMNovella train station. The ladies who manned reception were lovely and helpful. There was a lift to the 1st level. It was in the same building as Hotel Perseo and another tourist hotel. The bed was comfortable and very large and for me slightly too firm but OK. We had to access the wifi from the small reception area as it did not seem to work from our room or the lounge area.

Very good location (if you can find it). The room was better than expected. It was big and clean. It is nearly impossible to find without help. The location on Booking.com map is not correct. Address is "Via de' Cerretani 1". You find the street Via de' Cerretani. It is OK. You find the number 1. It is still OK. But hotel is not there. There follows numbers 3,5,7,9. Then suddenly on the same street number starts from 1 again. Hotel is on the first floor of a building and there 2 more hotels in the same building. WiFi is available only at reception. Receptionist is trying to help but can't speak English.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and a clean, functional room with as many amenities as can be expected from a budget hotel. Despite it not being directly the fault of the hotel, guests will find their sleep isn't quite so blissful due to the church bells. The proximity to the Campanile as well as three or four other churches means that the hourly chorus, as well as the 7am extended wake up chime doesn't bode well for a good night's sleep. Heavy sleepers would be fine, but a light sleeper would suffer terribly.

We had a private room with a bath and it was very spacious. Location is fantastic...can't beat the location. Rooms were clean and price very reasonable especially for the location. There is no breakfast available. My bed was too hard for me, it was ok for my husband but he can sleep on anything. There were extra pillows (without pillow cases) I found in the closet, I placed the extra pillows on the bed to sleep on so the bed would not be so hard. The bath room was very spacious, but it would have been nice if there were a little table to place toilet articles on as there is plenty of room. Other than that, the room and location was perfect.

Scorretto.
