le manque cruel d'hygiène surtout au niveau de la salle de bain et également des communs comme la cuisine (frigo: moisissures) très bruyant et un gros problème au niveau des évacuations, nous avions l'urine et les elles des habitants du dessus! charmant!!!!

L' appartement étant dans un immeuble privé, il ne faut surtout pas faire de bruit car les propriétaires ont l'insulte très facile ! Des ampoules cassées et du matériel en piteux état !

Tres bon rapport qualité pris, appartement excentré de la ville, mais le métro est tout prêt, et grace a cela nous étions qu'à environs 10 minutes du milieu touristique. Ne regrettons absolument pas !

Mr Renato Canella (owner of the property) at the very beginning shown to be very nice and friendly. However in fact, he just wanted to get the money... Moreover, Mr. Renato has deceived me. Firstly, because when I have done the reserve, I had done it for an apartment, and we just realized that he hadn't it and we would have to take a bedroom when we were at the property. Nevertheless, Mr Renato seemed to be very pleasant, when he offered (like an appologise) that I could pay 75€ less from the inittial 375€. Although, I paid 300€ but now I realized that the right price was 225€ and I want the return of the robbed difference. Lastly, the wc has a serious problem that is a bit troublesome: the sewage waters collector is near the wc's bedroom. In consequence, by the morning you see in the your private dark waters that come from others apartments and in the other hand at night you can hear a real fountain side by side with your bed. In conclusion a very shameful fraud.

It was apartment in block of flats. Not far from centre, 15 min from metro station and 10 min from very good supermarket "Eataly". Two bedrooms, kitchen fully equipped. Owner arrives on phone request. He'll explain you everything. Where to go, what to do, what to eat, how to organize stay in Roma. And he gives you hismobile nymber in case of emergency in Italy. If you want to stay in Roma with friends, just go to this apartment, put your luggage and go visit city. And go back in the evening, buy something in Eataly to eat in kitchen. As it is one bathroom, one peson can occupy then other can eat and drink.

There was nothing to like it.

We booked the apartment but landlord gave us a room in apartment with two other groups. He didn't show up at check in and sent his son. Whatever we asked his son said sorry. The TV was satellite TV with lat of noises, actually it wasn't TV, it was monitor of computer. I booked the apartment with computer but his son said if you wanna use internet through the computer you have to pay 10 euro per day and he gave the user and pass of internet to us verbally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Poor shower , and always was leakage to the next place. the door's lock didn't work well. Finally I never never recommend this apartment to anyone.

Evrey thing was bad

The apartment has a kitchenette, which saved us a lot of eating costs. Good wifi signal. Elevator available. Carre four supermarket in a walking distance (~400 m), closes at 8 pm. There is a local market nearby which opens in the morning. A bus stop on Circonvallazione Ostiense is 250m away. Good value.

Actually not that close to metro. 920M from Garbatella station as measured with gps, a bit farther from Ostiense station. From Ostiense station, get out through the back of the station. Otherwise it's a long walk to get from the front of the station to the otherside.

The whole environment was good. I could park the car in the street across from the window for free.The kitchen was sufficiently-equipped.

I couldn't get an electric kettle. It's not good especially if you are in the habit of drinking tea a lot.

The place was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the metro station. Mister Renato, the landlord, was very nice and eager to help with useful information. It's a fair price for the conditions offered and a good place to stay at when on holiday.

удобное расположение - близость к вокзалу остиенсе, сравнительная близость к метро (гарбателла или пирамида). для тех, кто приходит только переночевать. рядом продуктовый рынок. возможность погрузиться в жизнь обычных римлян :) хозяин отеля провез до станции метро, проговорил некоторые мелочи, больше с ним не виделись. интернет стабильный

это не отель, а аппартаменты в жилом доме (студия 1-комнатная с кухней и санузлом в едином пространстве 20 кв.метров).готовите сами, на кухне есть необходимые предметы, включая газовую плиту и холодильник, но всё, в том числе посуда - очень "бывалое". вынос мусора - за вами, так же как и поддержание чистоты. уходя просто кладете ключи на стол. кроме ваших апартаментов в "квартире" еще 2 аналогичных блока, никто не встречался с другими соседями, но слышно всех друг другу. найти аппартаменты самим не очень просто. только по созвону с хозяином о факте приезда. условились о том, что будем в 14:30-15:00, приехали в 14-45, номер не готов, постели застилал сам хозяин при нас, еще и ворчал. людям с повышенной брезгливостью данный вариант не рекомендуем.

En relacion calidad-precio está muy bien, y el apartamente está muy bien situado pues está a diez minutos de la estacion de metro

La limpieza deja bastante que desear tanto de la cocina y de su menaje (todo tenia grasa y tuvimos que lavar las cosas antes de utilizarlas) como del cuarto de baño, algunas toallas y dos almohadas tenían pelos. Habia reservado el garaje que ponia que costaba 10 euros al día y cuando llegamos no tenia garaje y teniamos que dejarlo en uno cercano que nos decia que costaba 45 euros tres noches aunque despues de regatear mi marido pago 35 euros vamos una estafa

Abbiamo sempre trovato posto macchina, abbastanza vicino al centro di Roma.

Mancava la televisione.

Excelente trato, atención personalizada eficiente, veraz y cálida de Renato (propietario-administrador). Las instalaciones funcionan bien y están limpias con algunos detalles menores. Las camas son cómodas. No tiene servicio de camarera pero no es problema si viajas con un grupo de amigos. Disponen de tv, internet, cocineta, y agua caliente. Los baños son pequeños pero limpios. No es un hotel propiamente, mas bien son departamentos (apartamentos) que el propietario arrenda como "hotel". El rumbo del hotel es agradable, y tranquilo, donde la gente de clase media trabajadora vive, me dio la impresión de ser segura aún de noche. No es fácil llegar si es la primera vez que visitas Roma (pero la linea de colectivos ncc te lleva desde el aeropuerto de Roma Fuimicino a la puerta del apartamento por 15 euros por persona), y una vez que te explican como desplazarte por el rumbo es muy sencillo (a tres cuadras está el metro Garbatella de la linea azul, enfrente de la calle pasan dos lineas de autobuses, y por la noche el autobús nocturno No. 9 que te deja en la estación del metro Garbatella y que puedes abordar en la estación del tren Termini o en la Plaza Venecia). A unos pasos hay una cafetería para desayunar café y cornetos ambos de excelente manufactura, cruzando la calle un restaurante de precios moderados y con alimentos sabrosos tamebien cruzando la calle esta un mercadillo callejero, y a unas tres cuadras una tienda enorme de comida gourmet Eataly (no es barato pero merece muchisimo la pena visitarla (yo fui dos veces)). A dos estaciones de metro esta el Circo Massimo y a tres el Coliseo (así que tanto por metro como por autobús te puedes desplazar sin dificultad alguna) . En mi opinión personal me agrado mucho por su relación de calidad y precio y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en ese lugar.

La falta de jabón de barra en la ducha o regadrera.

El encargado llegó media hora tarde, el sitio era totalmente inseguro, el baño estaba roto y olí a orín, y la llave era la misma para todos los apartamentos.

我们是两家人，租的两居室房间，公寓的厨房是我们最喜欢的，厨具齐全非常方便。房间也很宽敞，非常适合家庭- 入住，附近的超市物品极为丰富。主人很热情，详细的介绍所有设施！而且还提供了一个友好的TAXI服务。公- 寓很干净整洁，距离地铁站大概步行15分钟，比较方便，总之非常满意！

Tarihi mekanlara çok da yakın değil ama 5-10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde metro istasyonuyla ve ostiense tren isasyonu ile heryere ulaşım mümkün. Bir kaç tane evleri var. Hepsinde de durum aşağı yukarı aynı. Apartmandan daireleri bozup bir oda banyo ve odanın içinde mutfak yapmışlar. Eğer dışarıdan yemek yerine evde pişirmek istiyorsanız burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Ev sahibi istasyondan gelip adı ve bizi kalacağımız yere kadar getirdi.

çOk olumsuz bir yanı yok. Tk odalı bir ev odasından çok da bişey beklemedik.

Comoda la metro, la casa è pulita e spaziosa. Ci sono le lenzuola e gli asciugamani per tutti.

Potrebbe costare meno.

Metroya 10dakika yürüme mesafesinde böylelikle merkeze ulaşım çok rahat. Oda temiz ve rahattı tavsiye ederim.

изначально искали комнату в квартире, а не отель, т.к хотели иметь возможность самостоятельно готовить. и вообще, проживая в квартире, а не в отеле, можно больше прочувствовать колорит места. очень понравилось расположение - недалеко от метро и очень доброжелательный управляющий, который все разъяснил, показал местность вокруг, магазины, кафе и т.д.... в комнате есть все, что нужно, включая даже фен. соседи были, но мы с ними даже не пересекались, так что было ощущение, что мы живем в квартире одни. остались очень довольны!

abbiamo trovato un posto non molto pulito ,specialmente il frigorifero che ho dovuto igienizzare prima di riporre le cose ,pochissime pentole ,mancano tante cose nella cucina
