Sehr solide, geschmackvolle Ausstattung des Hotels. Lage am Mittelmeer in direkter Strandnähe. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Der Raum hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch beim Belegen. Das Wasser war z.T. lauwarm für Dusche und Badewanne.

angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal; ruhige, saubere Zimmer; schöne Aussicht auf Cefalu. Der Gesamteindruck war grundsätzlich positiv.

Meerblick war toll. Ein gut geführtes Touristenhotel.

Das Hotel hat den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Es ist einfach und ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage zum Strand ist natürlich Top und auch das romantische Cefalu erreicht man zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade entlang in ca. 15 Minuten. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Als nächtliche Unterkunft okay.

Das Essen, die Einrichtung von Zimmer, Restaurant etc. war nicht mein Geschmack.

Gute Lage an der Promenade direkt am Meer sehr nah bei Cefalu (10 Minuten zu Fuß), aber trotzdem abends ruhig. Sauberer Swimmingpool und Privatstrand mit kostenlosen Sonnenschirmen und Liegen und kostenlosem Parkplatz.

Leider konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht verlängern, weil das Hotel ausgebucht war.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. (Buffet).

Free parking near hotel. Good room size. Good breakfast.

Rocky, not nice beach in front of the hotel.

What right on the water even though you had to cross the street.

The beach right in front of the hotel was very rocky. The better sandy beach and all the retaurants were a good 500 meters away.

Breakfast very poor. We asked for more bread, didn't get it (run out of bread ???). Hotel - you can hear your neighbour talking, watching TV and so on...

The hotel is ideally located since it is on a beautiful seaside promenade about 10 minutes walk from the center of Cefalu'. Parking is possible an free in some areas, the hotel is perfectly fit both for city-break travelers and longer holiday. It has its own swimming pool and the best view of Cefalu' from some of the rooms.

The family run hotel was very friendly and looked after us very well, maybe because there were only us and maybe another 4 persons. I recommend it for a very relaxing winter short break. No problem to park your car.

The restaurant was closed when we were there but fortunately there was a restaurant very close by.

Can't really comment on this hotel as when we arrived in late november, 2012, we were told the hotel had had to shut temporarily due to major problem with alarm system. To their credit, they had arranged accommodation for us in cefalu at a better hotel which was nearer to town and with a higher star rating than the Tourist. And at the same price. They handled this well and even drove us to the other hotel since we were travelling on foot. We hope they get the problem resolved soon for their sake.

The location was excellent .On the promenade with a good beach area. Splendid views of Cefalu.Very good pool. Reception staff warm and very helpful. Entertainment also good.A lovely walk into town from the hotel.

We did not rate the breakfast.Plenty of choice but geared to the package market.Hot food cold and poorly cooked.No real fruit juice and poor bread.Sugar cereals.Poor coffee.Stopped us.eating in tthe hotel in the evening .It may have been very good but we did not chance it.

It was situated right by the ocean. It was clean and cheerful. Had a lovely pool. Not far from the town. The cost was good for what you got.

The staff at Hotel Tourist were great. Thanks Alessandra! The food in the dining room was good and plentiful. The hotel room and bathroom were a good size. We liked the location of this hotel being a little away from the main town. It is really a pretty view to look at Cefalu from the hotel. We did not have a balcony, but balconies are available. Ask for a room with the balcony on the front of the hotel. If you get a room facing the pool, you get a nice balcony but sacrifice the beautiful view of the city. It was nice to have entertainment in the evening. We had a band playing one night and we enjoyed sitting outside watching all the guests have fun dancing to the music.

It isn't that I didn't like the hotel, but here were my concerns; The beds are extremely hard and pillows are flat. Need more than 2 pillows on the bed. We did have a problem with ants in the room, but only on the side of the room where the window was and honestly I only saw them one day. In the bathroom, there is no "vanity" area. No place to put cosmetics or shaving items. Also, the shower curtain did not cover the whole shower, so water was always splashing outside the tub. The hotel advertises they have Laundry available, but this should read "Laundry service" We misunderstood and thought they had a laundry room with coin operated equipment, where we could do a load of clothes. Instead, the hotel will arrange for your clothes to be washed/dryed and return to you for a fee.

Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and it was at the other end of the bay from Cefalu which was great.

Very lovely hotel with all the things you would need for a good rest and a holiday! Good food, a private beach and a pool, very friendly personnel in the hotel. Very clean and tidy. I don't know anything to complain about...

Good location, 10-15 mins walk to Cefalu town centre good price for beach front hotel, very nice pool, friendly staff. Pleasantly decorated, clean room.

Buffet breakfast was basic (but it is a 3 star hotel).

Front desk people nice, coffee good, pool ok.

Dinner and breakfast was poor which is unfortunate because there is nothing else around unless you go into the city, 20 min walk. Food salty , cold, poor cooking for Italians, the only fresh fruit was out of a can and oranges and apples. Not even the tomatoes for salad were fresh. Beds in the room are lumpy and uncomfortable , I had a choice of 3 beds, slept on the cot, which was a single because it was the best mattress in the room. Large bathroom however shower tiny, water running always to fill up the tank of the toilet. Head grease stains at the head of the bed on the wall . Gross Pillows thin.. They charged me the full price of the booking, I am not sure if booking .com prepays this or not, I will wait for my visa bill to see if I was charged twice. I read on another review that they charged twice.

Very nice hotel right next to the beach with a great pool and very friendly employees!
