The staff was very-very helpful and eager to help. The hotel is very beautiful and practical.The room though a bit small was very nice and clean.

It is quite away from the city centre though there is tram connection to it nearby.

The design, the attentive staff and the value for money. Simple but caring for the details, nice boutique hotel.

Huge gap between the presentation on the web and the hotel. Breakfast was very poor compared to any other hotel we visited in similar categories. No fresh bread on the second day!

Friendliness of the staff, excellent breakfast if you're into fresh fruit

Only thing was I expected a bigger room, but we had a huge terrasse

Town House 12 is a very nice, quiet and design hotel. It's close to Tramway. So it is easy to reach city center.

We liked especially the contemporary design, the layout, set back deep from the street/piazza around a courtyard; our room had a lovely terrace. The fixtures and fittings were modern and functional, the bed huge, the breakfast was excellent, the Ortiga products an extra treat. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to advise us re transport. Although the hotel isn't presently on a Metro line, one will open in 2015. and currently it is well served by trams, number 1 especially that goes past the Triennale Design Museum, Cadorna station (best for express train to/from Malpensa) and on to the centre of town/Duomo.

The pillows were a rather firm but am sure we could have asked for softer ones. There was no shower screen in our bathroom so maybe not ideal for those who like to splash about under the shower

the evening snacks and drinks were a great touch, and the staff more than helpful, would have no problems recommending this hotel

The familiar atmosphere, with lovely hosts and interesting guests that make for good conversation over a beer, wine and a pizza from the local delivery service. Almost like a home away from home. Also the design of the hotel and of the rooms is elegant, but not gaudy.

No restaurant, but personally I wasn't bothered, cause we just ordered a pizza (and they did it for us and put it on the bill later)

Staff was attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast consisted of good quality, fresh food. The towels were really good quality.

While the overall look of the hotel was really stylish, some of the materials in the room have not aged well. Also some small details were annoying, for example the plugs of the kettle and hairdryer provided in the room didn't fit any of the sockets on the walls (fortunately we got one socket adapter from the reception).

Hotel and environment was good

a) The safe in my room needed reparation. For 4 days-despite my repetitive requests-they did not repair it. b) The breakfast is below any standards that I have ever seen so far.
