We loved the hotel but the fact that the air conditioning was not switched on meant we were hugely uncomfortable and really didn't sleep at all. The staff brought an extra fab but the heat in the green suite was truly unbearable. We seriously considered camping out in our car instead of spending longer in the room. Due to being on street, there were no windows we could open to let some air in. The room is very stylish but really frustrating to stay. Broken mini bar fridge so no chilled water to ease the pain. Disappointing.
Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is stunning, rooms very stylish.
There was a day when WiFi didn't work, air-conditioning didn't work and on top of that the door towards the adjacent room didn't work. The hotel needs a serious renovation!
Staff and feel of the courtyard.
The suit it was in the level of the street without windows. Independent access directly from the street. We changed the hotel in another of the same chain
The personnel helped us kindly to change hotel but with a 30% more expensive rate.
Wifi was slow and unstable
charming hotel with a good breakfast
The hotel is situated in a slightly drab part of town, but nevertheless within 15 minutes walk of the Cathedral. And, once identified, the bus and tram routes are nearby. (Do not expect too much of the Tourist Office in this respect........)
Well appointed and attractively decorated rooms with essential functionality, including a kettle! The bathroom was modern and well proportioned. The room was remarkably quiet too. The staff throughout were excellent and the Reception staff especially so. In addition to a good breakfast, simple evening meals were also available both in the eating area and as room service.
Junior suite opens on the street and it was too hot no ventilation at all
Terrace, breakfast, staff
The junior suite was "kind of" outside the property, glass door opens on the street
Nice outdoor seating, nice design for the standard rooms, the breakfast area and the reception
There was a water leak in my room
No car parking
The way how thay provide breakfast
We upgraded to the suite and it was worth every penny. Amazing room with wi-fi, Apple imac, sky in bedroom and shower, everything laid on and more!!! LED mood lighting, safe, mirrors everywhere, amazing food, reasonable mini bar, cooking facilities. It was amazing.
There was a small amount of damp/mould in the bathroom which was dissapointing but hardly surprising given the age of the building and the lack of extractor fan.
The staff were absolutely faultless. We were delayed arriving on New Years Eve and short for time, so whilst giving us time to freshen up the reception staff arranged a table for us in a restaurant in the popular Brera district. There were presents on the pillows for each of us and the room was very clean. The cleaner was lovely too. My friend overslept on the last day but the concierge were kind enough to get her some coffee and croissants whilst we waited for our airport transport.
Very nice hotel, minimaly decorated with a very warm atmosphere and of high taste and quality
The room is pretty small but since I traveled alone it is not a big matter. Location is tricky, it's not very perfect. The bus station is reachable 5-8mins by foot and I think Porta Venezia Metro Station is somewhere "not very nearby".
When I travel, I prefer to choose boutique hotel which offers some artistic look and uniqueness, and I am grateful that I ever picked this place as my nest on my long-journey to visit several cities in Europe. I like the designed of this place especially the outdoor area which catch your attention while you inside the property. The Breakfast is simple, very Italian, and the special thing is the table arrangement brings you to somewhere in traditional italian house.
Noise, the door to the breakfast area could be heard two storeys up banging every time someone came into building or out. Cleaners were very loud outside our door also. Impossible to sleep in after 7am. Wifi was very poor also
Our room didn't have a balcony(we wouldn't care if the garden view bellow wasn't so good).
The ambience, the garden, the service, the breakfast setting, the room and its furnishings, its location (off center but close to it),the staff and the price.
The tv on the ceiling is not comfortable But the rest is wonderful
We were in the orange suit An ultra modern space design Very big and beautiful Great bed Great food Great imac Loved the shower
My wife loved all of it except the coffee which she said tasted instant and not what one would expect from an Italian hotel (very minor issue though!) - and instructions on how to use the bathroom tv would have been useful (though again, it was a luxury we didn't really need to use anyway) :-)
We were in the RED suite which was very modern with a very comfortable bed, all facilities you could need in a studio apartment including cooking facilities, but also a great buffet breakfast with just enough selection, but not too much to confuse!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent 20 minute walk to the centre of Milan.
Love the breakfast!
WiFi in our room did not work very well probably because it was at the top floor.
Great building and localisation. Close to all important attractions. Very friendly and helpful people. Fantastic breakfast!
generous breakfast afternoon and late night antipasti/wine in lounge area very quiet good design - very up to date for a European hotel
It was hard to find a parking place for the car
The apartment is modern (almost futuristic) and spacious
Original . This is a hotel for those that look for new styles far from traditional decorated hotels. I definitively recommend the hotel
The loud humming noise in the wall at night ( red suite room), the light switches, the shower handles in wrong place in the street suites
Liked the bed
