The hotel has excellent location. The room is big and has small working aria and teapot. Don't choose the hotel if you travel by car. Hotel locates in zona traffic limit.

It was a well designed Hotel in an excellent location with very helpful staff We couldn't use the safe in the room as it didn't work. Also the TV remote control needed batteries. The carpets in the room were stained, a shame because everything else was immaculate

The room was beautifully decorated, as well as the lobby. The veranda off our room was a very unexpected bonus. Best was the wholu boutique feel of the hotel and the very accommodating concierge. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our safe was broken .. Not a big deal.

great location; charming and helpful staff; high quality bathroom soap & lotions (ortigya) and towels; nice breakfast - with fresh fruit, croissants and scrambled egg; Room allocated initially was small (adapted for wheelchair user so large bathroom but very restricted around the bed) and very hot and AC was not in operation (as was still considered to be 'winter' although average temp that day was about 18 C); also did not appear to have been cleaned properly - glass marks/smears/dust on desk and bedside tables; offered an alternative that night which was equally airless. Relocated to another floor following day and had no complaints thereafter.

The Town House 70 Suite Hotel is in a fabulous location- you can visit the major sites within accessible walking distance. The rooms are a decent size, clean, modern design and the bed great too. Breakfast is included and is very good. The staff were always attentive, informative and helpful.

Our stay was a pleasure, staff were very helpful giving us directions and suggesting restaurants. The room was very clean, quiet and we really liked the design, specially the double shower! Breakfast was delicious and in a beautifully laid out table. Location is perfect for a weekend break as we could walk around to all the interesting places.

The hotel is excellent located just in the historic center. It is modern and stylish, the breakfast room is well-designed. The stuff is friendly, price is very reasonable. Very convenient place for city trips. All in all we're satisfied by the hotel. But it is more shabby than in photos, The absence of the entrance space in the room gives some noise from the corridor.

We appreciated the large spacious clean room which overlooked an inner courtyard which meant that the room was quiet. The service provided by the staff could not be faulted and the breakfast was extremely good with excellent variety. The breakfast room was attractively decorated and enhanced the experience. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
