Great location and very friendly staff with good spoken English. Breakfast was good, nice idea having one large table for all to sit around.

Location , design of the hotel, spacious & comfortable room with separate area with a desk and armchair. Good products in bathroom .Staff was most helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was boring. Also hated to sit with other travelers. Would rather have individual tables set up.

An excellent hotel in every way. Good, spacious rooms with balcony, comfortable beds and a good bathroom with nice toiletries, bath robes and slippers. Everything was very clean and nicely presented. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of food and drink available. Staff were, without exception, all very helpful, friendly and polite. Location excellent, right in the heart of the historic centre of Turin.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel it was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and to stay there again myself.

Everything about Townhouse 70 . It was simply great from location to comfort, design and most of all the efficient and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast too. Would recommend it any day.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Turin by foot. The room was a good size and had a balcony where you could watch the happenings below - it was modern, clean and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was relaxed with lots of choice, and staff were friendly.

great location,.convenient for restaurants bars,shops ,sightseeing , and local transport.we could not have stayed in a better hotel to enjoy our first visit to a wonderful city.

Location was fantastic, in the middle of everything.

Difficult to get to by car, and very expensive to park around there. The rooms were large and clean, but it's not super-nice nor luxurious. I assume it's the Italian way of renovating rooms, ie. Ok but not perfect.

Excellent location. Just in the city center. Friendly staff. The room was quite spacious for a hotel located in the city center.

Declared parking is actually a common public parking 500 m away from the hotel. We arrived during rain and we got wet on the way back from the parking that took about 10-15 min.

Room arrangement was comfortable, bedroom part was small but the additional room had a great work space and two comfortable chairs. Decor contemporary and very tasteful.

We got a disappointing restaurant suggestion. Noticed that another couple from the hotel were there too who didn't seem to like the restaurant either.

Gave us exactly what we needed. A clean, hassle-free, comfortable stay. The junior suite room was excellent. Very modern, comfy bed, clean, quiet. The staff were very friendly and keen to help in any way possible. This is a small hotel and you feel you get a professional yet unobtrusive service. The 'communal' breakfast is an experience too (in a nice way). Top marks!

It didn;t bother us as we went out to eat, but the small hotel has no inhouse restaurant. I think you can order room service though. Doesn't distract from the overall level of the hotel.

The shower was not comfortable. It was some problems to find the hotel - we were traveling with the car, car parking in the 5 min of walking
