The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom, modern design style. The location is central, only one minute away from Piazza Castello. The main lobby looks like a bed and breakfast, a very good one but not a four star hotel. The room needs some renovations: the furniture was scratched and used up, the same with the walls. Some pieces seemed bought from Ikea.

Great location in the city center. Facilities and amenities are well thought through. The double rain-shower is great. Sky tv in the rooms is also a nice treat if you are staying longer. Parking spaces in the center are limited and not cheap. The hotel works together with a parking garage and can arrange spots there. The garage is several minutes away from the hotel

Friendly efficient staff in an excellent location. Although the Town House 70 is in the centre of Turin, the rooms facing the internal courtyard were very quiet and peaceful.

The location is awesome. For a 4 stars hotel, I excepted a better staff (very poor in quantity) and better services. Moreover, there were problems with the credit card payment, and the staff offered no solution but chaging the card or paying cash.

The modern yet warm athmosphere, the taste in decor and innovative way the breakfast room is layed out. Obviousdly the very friendly staff, location is just fantastic, though very dark on the lower floors. We thought that when it was actually 9am it ws still much earlier! Already mentioned this to the reception : the shower are in desperate need of descaling.. The smell from the drains was at times quite strong. The choice of tea could be bigger in therooms, and maybe have sachets of dried milk? Everything else was smashing.

Good situation in the City. Very difficult to find due to tram lines and one way streets. Lovely shops and old buildings in the vicinity. Found two very good restaurants/bars Bedroom carpet was dirty and needed replacement.

Our suite which was light and spacious, like a home away from home. The facilities were good, double shower etc, the bed comfortable. There were a few stains on the carpet and burn marks on the bedside table but I liked the fact that the room hadn't been redecorated for a bit..much 'greener' than endless redecorating.

A bit far from the main station but near to tourist attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms. Well I was not particularly disturbed about this, but the hotel has just a single big table for serving breakfast to all and everybody has to sit at this table. This is the first European hotel I've seen with one table for breakfast.
