The hotel is in excellent walking location to historic centre and reception staff were extremely helpful. Parking is an issue but that applies to all hotels in Turin central. Parking should be explained with the booking confirmation as it makes a important difference before checking in. |

Helpful & friendly staff Bvlgari bath products not for bookings made via booking.com. Lack of privacy: one big table in stead of separate tables in the breakfast room; Big window in the bathroom with Venetian blinds (not closing well) looking out on a courtyard – the other apartments around the courtyard can most likely see the bathroom… |

GREAT LOCATION! beautiful room. quiet, clean, big! the ugliest doors I have seen in a hotel! and weird lobby layout/decor + sometimes "family style" service but courteous and responsive. not practical if you have a car. strange layout of breakfast room leaves everyone sitting tightly around a huge table. |

La situation pour le tourisme est excellente , chambre hyper confortable, bon petit déjeuner Pour les étrangers n'ayant pas de "prise italienne" il y a une prise de terre en-dessous de la télé mais pas de miroir très ennuyeux pour les sèches-cheveux, il devrait vraiment mettre un miroir à côté de la télé dans le petit salon. |

localização, limpeza, atendimento da recepção (excelente), conforto O café da manhã deixa a desejar...pão ruim, falta de opção de frutas, de queijos etc...e uma funcionária (apenas uma) atende muito mal os hóspedes, com pouco caso. Isso precisa melhorar, porque quanto ao resto o hotel é ótimo. |

Aucune fausse note. Hotel au coeur du centre historique de turin et pourtant tres calme ( demander une chambre sur cour). Situation ideale pour visiter la ville. Consultation internet dans la chambre sur ecran tv. Personnel tres obligeant. Extremement difficile de garer son vehicule dans le quartier. Le parking recommandé par l'hotel ferme a 1 heure du matin ce qui interdit de rentrer apres cette heure. Parking public malgré tout a proximité. |

Precioso y moderno hotel en el centro de Turín. Perfecta ubicación. Personal muy amable y facilitador. Habitaciones cuidadas y de diseño. Desconocíamos que el centro de Turín tiene el tráfico restringido, y que nos era imposile llegar al hotel sin traspasar las cámaras de seguridad. Importante: una vez en el hotel, ellos se encargan de comunicar a las autoridades qué coches son huéspedes y se consideran autorizados. |

een boetiek stadshotel; dichtbij alle atracties op loopafstand. Hotel wat kil en zakelijk; geen restaurant in hotel. Ontbijt perfekt. parkeren ver weg in garage. € 20 per dag. Geen restaurant in hotel; wel genoeg restaurants in de buurt maar op maandag vaak gesloten. |

La posizione centrale in zona pedonale ,con camere rivolte in un cortile tranquillo di belle case a ringhiera; camere ampie e ben arredate la mancanza di un garage. Das Town House liegt mitten in der Altstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind per Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Hat man ein Zimmer auf den Innenhof ist es unglaublich ruhig. |
