die hotelausstattung ist luxuriös, die mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein echtes 5 Sterne Plus erlebnis... die zimmer sind nicht soundproof. man kann die nachbarn atmen hören... |

sehr nette mitarbeiter. konnten morgens um 10:00h schon das zimmer beziehen inkl. upgrade. okay, es war august, kaum ein mensch im hotel bzw in milano. egal, ist nicht überall selbstverständlich. tolle, hochwertige möbel und accesoires wie lampen, plasma, geschirr, besteck morgens nur kontinentales frühstück, wenn auch sehr edel und sehr persönlich. für extras musste extra bezahlt werden. |

Location, Location, Location.... Das Town House 8 liegt mitten in der Stadt und somit perfekt geeignet, wenn man es auf die Laeden in Mailand abgesehen hat. Der Anspruch des Hotels ist absolut Top Class. Das Hotel ist noch nicht ganz fertig eingerichtet. Deswegen waren noch relativ viele Handwerker zugange. |

Really restful and private stay in the center of Milan. We had spacious Junior Suite, equipment of the room make you feel like at home. For our child was prepared cute babycot and toys.The noise from gallery is immediately away, when you close big windows with beautiful view in the heart of Galleria. The breakfast was very enjoyable, served in two small halls. We are looking forward to our next visit. I am sorry to say that we had one negative experience with in-room dining: starters and main courses was served together and one of them was already cold! Second try was better.. But it was strange situation in hotel of this category with Butler service (and generally overpriced food - however you are ready to pay for it, you expect the proper service). |

Very central and unique location right in the heart of Milan. Attentive and charming staff who were very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to the reception staff, the doormen, and Sabrina. |

Exclusive, effortless luxury right in the centre of Milan. Location is superb! The breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel of this quality. The rolls were dry and the service very slow with coffee arriving 15 minutes after the rest of the continental breakfast. |

Hôtel bien situé au centre ville, idéal pour La Scala, bon accueil. Chambres un peu sombres, éclairages à revoir... Un éclairage insuffisant et mal conçu pour de très grandes chambres assez sombres |

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, pieni kodikas hotelli, henkilökunta avulias ja hymyilevä, hotelli ei laskuttanut aivan kaikkia pikkuasioita. Hotellissa ei ollut varsinaista baaria missä olisi voinut istuskella ja katsella esim muita ihmisiä. |

Замечательное месторасположение: рядом здание оперы LA SCALA и главный собор DUOMO.Отель небольшой, общие зоны также небольшие.Отличное качество завтраков,полное обслуживание за завтраком официантами. Тем кто любит шведский стол и самообслуживание- будет непривычно. Часть номеров с балконами, выходящими в галерею VITTORIO EMANUELE-вид замечательный.Номера современные, со всеми удобствами, отличные кофемашины в номерах,ассортимент кофе и чая.Звукоизоляция от галлереи полная.Отель для тех кто любит уединенный , комфортабельный отдых. |

Le personnel est charmant, d'une rare efficacité et discrétion. Le cadre est tout simplement somptueux et la localisation , on ne peut plus idéale. Le service en chambre est exemplaire. La qualité des matériaux, du linge et des produits finissent de rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Notre séjour trop court. |

Super locatie om 1 of 2 dagen te winkelen in Milaan en daarnaast ook nog een even de Dom te bekijken. Daarnaast genoeg mogelijkheden om zowel simpel als uitgebreid te eten. |
