Hotel Traiano  

A very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is located in a great location, walkable everywhere, very spacious room and the bathroom. Impressive!

Need a room on higher floors. We had a room on 1st floor and it was very noisy. But that is something to be expected for a hotel that is right in the middle or Rome

Nothing

The location, very very very loud street and no soud proof window. A/c didn't work, and that's a must in Rome. Rooms are old and ugly. Very ugly. There is no way, by any standard this hotel could be a 4 stars hotel. To be honest not even 3 stars. We just couldn't sleep for 3 days in this hotel. And the staff doesn't help by vaccum cleaning in the afternoon or early in the morning.

ruined hotel ,standard rooms are far away from 4 stars ,better say 2 stars rooms,need to be refurbished.after recommended parking in garage nearby we had gumm defect ,

Everything good! Staff very friendly, wonderful view from my room. Clean service very efficient, rich breakfast. Location: Great!! We've organized all our tours with the concierge. He was very helpfull and we had very good time with the guide he suggested for us. We'll come back soon in this Hotel. Tutto bene! Personale molto cordiale, splendida vista dalla mia camera. Servizio di pulizia molto efficiente, ricca colazione. Ubicazione: Perfetta! Abbiamo organizzato tutte le nostre escursioni con il concierge. Lui era molto disponibile e abbiamo avuto ottimo tempo con la guida che consigliò per noi. Torneremo presto in questo hotel.

Internet extra charge! Little noise, but if you want to be in the center you must accept it!!

The bed matress was terrible I expected a much better breakfast

Locaton of hotel is very good.

Very noisy in the room. You can hear all what happend in the street and also you can hear all what happend in other rooms. Breakfast very poor, no fresh fruits, bad coffe, the are no fresh juice.

4euros for one hour of Internet access was ridiculous. The hotel still fictions as if it were in the 1990s

Room size (and not so clean) ; Breakfast extremely repetitive and lacking in any 'Italian' ideas ... poor quality. Internet charges. Rooms very basic and wardrobes/cupboards were very old and well-worn. Basically an old hotel but superb location

Perfect location. All important spots are within walking distance.

Like most of the hotels in Italy, price was high compared to the service. They charged us extra 40 EUR/nigh for our 5 year old son. In many hotels, this is done free of charge. Breakfast buffet was actually breakfast table and basicly with almost no option.

Very good location. Room old and basic but clean. Breakfast room and breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
