Score from 969 reviews Good
The wonderfully positioned 4-star Tiziano Hotel is set between the nearby attractions of Largo Argentina and Piazza Navona, in the heart of the historic center of Rome.
Score from 681 reviews Good
In a sober and elegant building, Pace Elvetia is in the very heart of Rome. From the hotel you can walk down to Piazza Venezia and the Coliseum, or up towards the Quirinale Hill.
Score from 416 reviews Good
In a 19th-century building, the Quirinale is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. This historic hotel is connected to Rome Opera House through a passageway in its leafy courtyard.
Score from 4155 reviews Very good
The central location of the hotel was great. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was uncomfortable. The cleaners were very noisy in the morning and the wifi didn't work in our room for 2/3 days.
Receptionist ( Guiseppe) friendly, very helpful. Location near colosseum, da ghetto, and Pza. Venetia
Room could be cleaner, even for old hotel like this. Soap residu from several weeks on walls in shower, bath was leaking, ventilator full of dust. Breakfast was ok, but not mind blowing.
wifi was not time restricted and was available the whole stay. Staff could not do enough to help. Room was lovely and a good size. I had read reviews before going which said the bathrooms were too small but I found ours to be great, it had everything e needed and the shower was lovely and powerful. Room was freshened up every day but a lovely and friendly lady. Breakfast was great and there was a lot available, something for everyone. It is perfectly located, only a ten minute walk from the colloseum and 8 minute walk from trevi fountain. A stones throw from some of the most beautiful ruins you will ever see. I cannot praise this hotel and it's lovely staff enough...They even made sure we got to the airport ok by arranging a taxi to collect us and negotiating a better price.
The only thing I could say was the bed was two singles pushed together and one side was a little higher than the other bit still comfy :)
The staff is helpful and always very nice. I am a light sleeper and the noise did not disturb.
Breakfast was not what we expect of a four stars hotel, as everything else. A faded hotel desperately needs renovation. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The room is small even for a city like Rome.
Location and breakfast
I asked for a double bed but they gave me a room with two single beds
Rude staff Noisy rooms (facing bars) Uncomfortable bed Dirty bathroom Unclean room Terrible breakfast Unhelpful staff
Ecxellent location, just few steps from Fori Imperiali and Piazza Venezia
No parking. But it's normal for Rome ZTL area.
Close to many of the sights. There are fast did restaurants nearby for those that want a quick and cheap meal. Comes in handy when traveling with children. Room was a good size for a family.
Excellent base for sightseeing and extremely good staff. Particularly Giuseppe on the front desk who was really helpful. 25 min walk from main train station, 15 min walk to colosseum. Lots of shops, bars & restaurants within walking distance.
Some rooms are a bit tired, we had friends staying at the same time and their room was much better than ours. However the room was comfortable enough and good value for money.
Location was amazing! Very close to everything!
Bathrooms are old!
Old 3 star level hotel Really old It's not 4 star hotel, don't be fulled!
The location was ok The room was clean and tidy Overall, it was a good experience apart from the noise from the road
The room right beside the road was really noisy so couldn't sleep at all during the night due to this
service and food at breakfast
The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location was very central to all the places we visited. I highly recommend this hotel.
Location(keep in mind that you pay for location and not for 4 stars Hotel services)
-It wasn't any minibar in the room(as was written in booking) -They put together 2 small beds to look like a kingsize bed, but after the first 5 minutes you may fall down between as I did :)
spacious room cioccalato nero helpful staff
I loved the service at the reception. They were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean.
I didn't like the breakfast. It was full of cold food stuff. Only two warm foods and tea
The location is excellent: 20 minutes walk from Colosseum, 15ish mins walk fron Fontana di Trevi, generally central location to pretty much all other monuments of Rome. Staff were very polite and helpful! Breakfast was very sufficient provided you would go on time. Taxi Service from/to airport very convenient.
Expected larger rooms for the price paid, but sufficient. The elevator had a musty smell, but it's better than not having an elevator at all. Thin walls: could hear neighbours having party and could smell cigarette smoke at times. Also raining/breeze sounds coming from outside would wake us up during night. The towels smelled like vinegar for some reason.
The Location is excellent
The Staff was vere bad they gave us a poor room. claiming they were fully booked and there is no room available only after we said we'll sleep in the lobby they suddenly found a suitable room and nice
This hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a reasonable size and clean. If you manage to get up in time for the breakfast it's delicious.
very good located. We liked the 400 years old Palace . - the hotel inside was from 1960. You need to use good earfuses because the traffic is hard outside
Near to major tourist sights but quiet, excellent help from staff for getting reservations, laundry etc.
not much of anything
Bathroom needs tidying up, finish around the bath and window could be better. Balcony off room 211 has green mesh drapped over it, Why ?
the friendly staff the location the quality of our room
there was no restaurant for dinner
