Emplacement idéal, vue magnifique, jardin luxuriant à quelques pas des restaurants et petites boutiques de Sorrento. Grand choix pour le petit-déjeuner avec un personnel très efficace pour le service. - Aucune insonorisation : on partage la vie de ses voisins de chambre - La personne à la réception : autaine et pas très "helpful" |

Nous avons apprécié la situation tout d'abord, vue sur mer pour notre chambre, idem pour la salle de restaurant - Gratuité du garage, non négligeable à ce niveau de prestation- vraiment bien ! |

The location, the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was very good. The amentities such as the pool area were super. It was a great hotel. The cost was rather extravagant - but it appears the cost is in line with the caliber of the hotel. . |

Fabulous views of the bay from the bar's terrace, and from the breakfast room. Wonderful breakfast selection! Friendly, helpful staff at front desk, and in general. Great location!! |

The location,the view and the staff. Sorrento is lovely Too hard bed. Poor bathroom. Breakfast poor and accompanied by loud pop music radio! and finished too early at 10am. Room service only available during (short) restaurant hours. Access to beach very limited- should be able to use swipe card to access lift. Internet access is hopeless. |

Attention to details. Clean and Friendly. Excellent breakfast. Real feel of history and affluence. Access to the Beach. Although the lift attendant was pleasant and helpful, you always felt you were imposing on him. Surely the technology exists to give guests access through cards etc. |

Give us the holiday we were hoping to experiance. Hard bed mattress and pillows. Pillows were changed and mattress padded for us. |

the location off the hotel was suberb. directly at the sea and in the middle of the town. restaurants and shops nearby. the room was very spacious and the breakfast was good. it came in handy that the hotel offered towels for the pool and beach. the pool was small so if you have more grown up children they cannot play in the pool, besides there are more older people who came to relax at the pool and when your children are playing they are not so pleased. |

The view and facilities were good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location to explore Sorrento The bed was very uncomfortable so I did not sleep well my entire stay. As a result I would not recommend this hotel |

The hotel has a very good location in a quiet street but very near restaurants etc. It is also easy to access train station for tours to Pompei etc from here.The views are lovely from the hotel restaurant and add to the enjoyment of a leisurely breakfast. I thought the choice on the hotel dinner menu was very limited and also very expensive with very little on it that would appeal to teenagers,but as there are so many other restaurants nearby it wasn't a big problem. |

The most perfect hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife had visited previously, and suggested we visit prior to a wedding on Capri. I will definitely return. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant which was wonderful, and one lunch by the pool which was also excellent. All staff were most helpful and welcoming. |

The location is beautiful. Our stay was relaxing. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoy the staff. Hotel is gorgeous. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. |

Staff was most helpful and the assigned room was absolutely fantastic. The room overlooked the sea and had a clear view of Mt Vesuvius- I would highly recommend this facility- ad I have stayed here in the past. |

view is outstanding no internet in rooms: suite was not up to expectations...two levels with bedroom on upper level but bathroom on lower level..quite inconvenient..air conditioning on upper level didn't work |

splendido palazzo ricco di fiori e palme, in pieno sole.ottima posizione nel centro della città e con uno splendido affaccio sul mare. staff cortese, con abbondante prima colazione. Almeno nella nostra stanza , l'arredo era piuttosto banale . Le rubinetterie erano fatiscenti con soffione della doccia fisso .Andrebbero sostituite immediatamente:non sono accettabili per un hotel di quel livello. |
