Posizione ottima con la comodità dell'ascensore nella vicina Piazza Comunale che porta direttamente sulla spiagia ed il porto. Il ascensore del'hotel sollo fonziona di state. Luogo tranquilo e cerca di tutto. La gentilezza del personale è indiscutibile, le camere sono ampie e polite.

Fantastic location, we paid for a superior room with a sea view and we weren't disappointed. We have a one year old baby and there was plenty of space for her too and a curtained-off area where she could sleep in her cot relatively undisturbed while we stayed up.

Location and views as well as friendly staff

The position was great, overlooking the Med with Mt Vesuvius as a backdrop. They were good at responding to problems of which there were a couple.

I think they may be slightly resting on previous greatness. The attitude and services are a bit lacking. Breakfast needs spucing up in content and modern day tastes. The less expensive rooms had poor sound proofing. Access to intenet is becoming much more a given in an expensive hotel - paying very expensive access fees was not good practice.

This Hotel was old world class and elegance at its finest! Superior in every way! Exquisite views of the Bay of Sorrento , Naples and Mnt Vesuvio. Most highly recommended.

The building and grounds are beautiful.plus it is located very close to the centre of Sorrento. Really beautiful scenery.

The fact that you still have to pay to use the sunbeds, umbrellas on the hotel's private beach

we liked everything about the hotel, and will go back to stay again. it was fabulous.

my wife myself and 3 children 16 14 and 11 stayed for 7 nights in 2 suites 111 and 116 complimentary upgrade.we run 2 hotels ourselves and could only admire every aspect of this wonderful hotel.location excellent i minute walk to a great selection of restaurants,views to die for,excellent staff.will remember our end of evening cocktail on the balcony with stunning views and complimentary nibbles.day trip to capri stunning.

I stayed at tramanto 15 years ago what a difference.this time i was in the modern part of hotel not room121 or123in the original hotel.i prefer a decent room not being in a room where turna a surriento was written.this time all was wonderful staff ,amenities,rooms breakfast.if you want to visit sorrento this is a fantastic hotel as long as you insist you are in the modern part of hotel not rooms 121 or123

The Hotel building is really impressive and cannot remain indefferent each person who want to enjoy with good sea view and feel history of this place. Absolutely freindly personnel, especially Antonio who escorting hotel guests on the lift to the sea beach. Also Amazing restaurant with fanstic view on Vesuvio and sea side!!! Recommend to visit it close to 19-30, when the sunset starting.

Internet access is not free and coverage area too short.

Great views from our sea-side suite. Great sunning deck at beach level. Very good pool too. Very good size suite. Decent buffet breakfast each morning.

Average service for such an expensive hotel. Cock roach in bath tub the first night. Reported to Hotel. No futher follow-up from them. We left the bathroom light on the remainder of the time there, no further sightings of the cock roach. No mention (apologizes) at time of check out.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Vito, Peppe, Rosanna, and the manager Luigi, were very friendly people who made our stay more enjoyable. Our room had a tremendous view of the Amalfi Coast. It was extremely comfortable and we wished we would have stayed longer. The location of the hotel was excellent.

It was a fantastic hotel will all you ever want in a hotel, the staff were lovely are rooms were great with the fantastic view my friends and I cannot fault the place and we are already planning to come back next year.
