Opening his Tramonto D’Oro bar in 1952, Donato Esposito went on to develop his business into a restaurant and, later, the Tramonto D’Oro hotel. Dedicated to their guests, the Esposito family makes frequent renovations to the hotel to ensure high quality and a wide array of services.

The restaurant offers a wide choice of local specialities and can accommodate special needs, such as vegetarian or children’s menus.

Rooms are individually sized and furnished and most of the bathrooms are decorated with artistic hand-painted ceramic tiles from Vietri.

Most of the rooms provide scenic views of the surrounding landscape and sea.

Travel information

By Plane:
- From Naples Capodichino International Airport, take the Sita bus to Sorrento. From Sorrento take another Sita bus to Praiano.
- If you choose to arrive by taxi, please contact the hotel. They will help arrange the transfer.

By Train:
- From Salerno central railway station, there are daily departures (Sita Bus) approximately 100 metres in front of the station.
- From Naples Piazza Garibaldi station, catch the local Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento. In front of the Sorrento Circumvesuviana train station, there are local buses leaving for Praiano.
