The location and the clean rooms.

Hotel staff was very bad especially the receptionist, also the hotel did not have any telorency of changing the reservation I was forced to cut short my vacation due to flight change the hotel insist to charge me for the whole stay !!

Great hotel, excellent services (rooms cleaned two times a day, free champagne, excellent staff). Great location near the beach.

Location close to the beach. Each day fresh beach-towels. Room was cleaned twice a day. Brand-new equipments. Well functioning air- condition and electrical installations. Separate toilet with bidet. Splendid bathroom (only shower). Big balcony with sea-view. Excellent breakfast on summer-terrace. Excellent Restaurant with Italian kitchen. Own parking (underground garage). Highly motivated service team. All in all: Italy at its best.

I thing that only the interior design is perfect in this hotel.That's all good that I can say.Sorry!

The worst service ever!!! You pay too much for nothing. I can say for this hotel only bad things. No staff.Very poor breakfast fot Italy and for 200 Eur per night. If you pay 50 Eur per room ,its ok. The room was very dirty during our stay. If you want to ask something, this is impossible, because you can't find nobody in the reception. One time I was waiting 1 hour in front of the reception during the day in 1 p.m. to find somebody who can clean good the room. What you thing??? This is a working hotel or not. I recomend to everybody not to go in this hotel, if you don't want to be dissapointed. We had never feel so bad for weekend in our life!!! I don't want to be so agressive, but this is the true for the Trampolines hotel!!! Don't go never!!!!

We enjoyed our one night at this hotel, we had to leave a day early because of flight constrictions, so we tried to cancel our second night, but the lady behind the desk was not cooperative at all. She charged us 2 full nights, but we only stayed one night. We contacted booking.com and they said they tried to contact the hotel, but they would not take off the extra night. We were very disappointed since it was our honeymoon, we thought they would understand we couldn't miss our flight home.

The night receptionist, I think his name was Andrea, was so helpful and and couldn't do enough to help us. The restaurant is also fabulous.

Soprattutto l'intelligente design e la disposizione delle suites. La passeggiata a mare pedonale subito uscito dall'hotel.

Praticamente nulla.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit sehr schönem freien seitl. Meerblick u. vor allem mit einem außergewöhnlich großen und stylischem Balkon. Komfortables King-Size-Bett, Bademantel etc.; die kostenlose hoteleigene Tiefgarage nicht zu vergessen. Sehr gute Pizzeria im Hause.

Kein einziges deutsches TV-Programm

Sehr Freundliches Personal, die Sauberkeit. Wir können das Hotel und die Pizzeria im Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Pulizia e posiziione

La gentilezza del personale dal ricevimento della Signora Stefania alla reception, fino all'accompagnamento in sala colazione del Signor Alessandro, il design della suite e la posizione dell'albergo sul lungomare e anche vicinissima a Viale Ceccarini. Inoltre un ricordo particolare vanno alle chiacchiere con la Signora Lia, che ci ha dato la possibilità di conoscere anche la storia dei tempi passati e della nascita del Trampolines. Una conversazione che ha arricchito il nostro soggiorno e che ricordiamo con piacere.

Sehr guter Services, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Parkplatz in der hoteleigenen Garage im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant/Pizzeria. Als Hotelgast bekommt man dort 15% Rabatt.

Tutto veramente ottimo a Riccione dopo aver soggiornato in tutte le altre strutture ho trovato il vero hotel che unisce relax e design ottimo mancava

La struttura e' bella ed efficiente,il personale estremamente gentile,il ristorante veramente di ottimo livello e con un buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Anche il menù piuttosto particolare in alcuni piatti,pietanze consuete ed altre più vicine alla maniera di cucinare del sud Italia.Un bel trionfo di sapori nei piatti di pesce e carne,pizza eccellente.

Solo l'ambiente un po' freddo del bagno dotato di riscaldamento a pavimento ma poco funzionale,le giornate erano molto fredde e si percepiva la differenza di temperatura con l'ambiente della camera.
