Great location for seeing all the sights of Rome, either by walking to them or taking the nearby tram. There are lots of very reasonably priced coffee shops and eateries close by as well as a big supermarket so eating well is easy.

Liked the location in Trastevere... On plaza with open air mkt...close to grocery stores, restaurants and easy access to other areas of Rome by use of bus system or walking. Also liked little walk out balcony off of bedroom and window overlooking plaza. Needs bigger shower curtain, could use a couple extra towels. Need sheets for day beds.

The Eraclea apartment had a great view and was just right for the 2 of us. It was advertised as a 4 bed apartment but it would have been a bit of a squeeze to have 4 people there. It was clean and tidy and was in a perfect location for exploring and discovering the side streets of Trastevere. The staff were really friendly and helpful, pointing out that there is a supermarket right next door where you can buy all the essentials. The apartment was quiet and we weren't disturbed in any way. All in all a 5* place to stay. Minor inconvenience - No toilet roll at all when we arrived, but we left 3 rolls for the next person!

We lived in Eraclea apartment. Very good location in Trastevere. Highest floor a view to two direction. People who lived in apartment house are local romans, so you don't have to chat or see any tourists. We stayed one week on february and room was warm. If you stay on summer there is one air condition unit for both rooms. Very good trattoria near corner, they don't advertise at all, so hard to find. Room was little dusty and tableware were unclean.

Friendly staff, good furniture and all the services (ac heater, kitchen, microwave, wifi, etc.) working ok. Very nice place! The bathroom in orti apartment has no good ventilation, so is full of steam when you take a shower, with the consecuently fungi in the wall. It's not a big deal, so they can change this and the apartment would be perfect!

We love the enviroment that reperesent Rome. The place was so nice. It came with fullfilled kitchen that make us, who came with kids, so comfortable in cooking. Limited lighting at the outdoor. We couldn't see clearly at night over the window. The bathroom window only have small curtain, so it made us to be more carefull when showering.

We stayed here for the purpose of attending a conference...we had a wonderful stay of a total of 4 nights at Agata Apartment in trastevere...the best thing was that it is a combination of all the good points we were looking in a place to stay : excellent and helpful staff (Valeria and Paola), very very comfortable for the two of us (though it is actually meant for 3), very well-worth the money spent and it is located within walking distance to many historical sites...it is located in front of the Trastevere taxi stand and a 3-minute walk to Ponte Garibaldi for the river cruise and Piazza Maria of Trastevere..very near to all facilities such as the bus stand, tram, pharmacy, souvenir shops,Oviese Supermarket and many Halal Kebab... the apartment had a small functional kitchen with fridge, stove , our own backyard not to mention a nice bath...and everything is from IKEA...we felt like staying in an IKEA showroom...very pleasant stay and highly recommended to everyone... on the final day, we were allowed to check-out at 1 pm without any additional charge...

Best place to stay in town. Right where things are happening...and very close (3 minutes walk from Rome Centro Storico). This Apartment is suitable for singles, couples and even couple with a baby (like us). The hospitality (by Federica) was more than expected. We got explanation for everything, and answer to all questions we had. All basic things were included for the first couple of days. Elevator is minor. But I don't think it could be better due to the building limitation. Place is a little bit crowded on Friday night. So you may feel that people are leaving with you :-). But on all other days it is OK.

The location was everything. Very nice piazza with one of Romes few playgrounds. The kitchen had everything you need. Nice planning of the apartment. The beds were bad. (Please buy new ones!) Quite a lot of noise from the street. Quite expensive.

The apartment was located in a great location. The staff was very helpful and polite. I found the appartment to be very clean and comfortable. If you plan to use the metro the closest stop is Pyramide, otherwise it is a great spot.

The apartment was spacious and located in a very authentic and interesting part of Rome. It was close to the river and a 25 minute walk to Vatican city. Our keyholder (Valeria) was punctual, friendly and helpful.

- The location, which was perfect, in a typical neighbourhood; - the apartment, which was really cozy; - Cory, from the staff, that was always checking on us. - The soundproofing of the apartment (there is a bar downstairs and lots of people gather outside); - a few things that were missing in the kitchen (corkscrew! kitchen linen).

10+++ Eraclea apt was an important part of our trip: we felt immediately at home there. The manager Cory is wonderful. Patient, helpful and flexible. He patiently explained how everything worked from the appliances and kitchen to the hidden toilet flusher. He gave us wonderful recommendations on transport, visits, supermarkets and restaurants. He speaks fluent English. The apartment was quiet and very practical: we had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped for making meals of any sort. The bed is comfortable- amazing! We were genuinely happy there and will rent the same apartment the next time we visit Rome- it was well priced, close to the center and the neighborhood is great!!! Perfecto.

The best part was the location--near the Tiber and tons of places to eat. Bathroom abysmal--tiny, dark and uncomfortable. The man who met us, Cory, was abrupt, surly and not "customer friendly" in any respect. He treated with condescension though we are old enough to be his grandparents and more experienced as travelers all over the world than he will be in 20 years.

It is a very very very noisy place, above a bar where many people stay drinking in the street all the night. Forget any chance to sleep before 6am . This major inconvenient was not obviously communicated by the Trastevere Apartments . We had to leave the apartment after only one night. When we asked for a financial compensation, Trastevere Apartments, or the company behind that, proposed us a partial compensation conditioned by our commitment to give a very good note on Booking.com . Curious methods , don't you think ?
