-Lots of space -Well-working wifi -Quiet at night (although I'm guessing it would be quite loud during summer since windows look out on the street) -Location more or less everything was great
-A little funny smell inside the room
Nice room overall.
The lack of a reception desk to ask questions about how to get around etc.
Location was perfect. The room is very clean and chic. Luigi was helpfull all the time. Street noisy but can´t complain... it´s Rome at night!!
Great location, roomy, private
street noise (not unexpected)
Very spacious accommodation. Luigi was good with keeping in contact about check-in time. The location is nice, lots of shops and restaurants and close to the city center without being there (and paying for it). Great value.
Couldn't get the shower jets to work, and the shower drained slowly.
The location was great for Trastevere. Luigi was polite and gave us his address for anything we might need. Also, the room was quite spacious.
The cleanliness was below average. Especially in the bathroom. We found a cockroach, which I consider unacceptable, and there were stains under the sink that seemed to be blood (I am not exaggerating). We had actually to clean ourselves on our first day there. Also, the breakfast was poor for 75 euros/night. The cafeteria (where we were taking the breakfast) was nice, the coffee good and the croissant fresh, but still, for 75 euros/night, the two basic things I demand is good cleanliness and a satisfying breakfast.
Good location and plenty of room. Separate living room and comfy bed with extra duvet provided. Value for money.
Hard to find. There is no name on the door or name on the buzzer so you have to press any and hope for the best. There is no reception or concierge, just someone who lets you in and wants to be paid asap. It is more like a rented apartment but the keys were hard to use and the lack of reception/staff/concierge wasn't clear when I booked the room.... Bathroom needs to be refurbished, black mold in shower crevices. Really noisy street, hardly slept at all.
- location is great, a lot of restaurants close by - great staff, very helpfull - very good breakfast, served in a bar nearby
- towels are changed only after 4 days - quite noisy (traffic on the street)
Large spacious accommodations. Modern bath Luigi gave me great directions.
The location is amazing. In the middle of Trastevere district with lots of great restaurants and pubs just outside the hotel. The historical center was easily reached by public transport or a walk (20-25 min by foot). It was great place to stay for a city tour.
The breakfast was poor: 1 croissant, glass of juice and 1 coffee.

Excellent location in very lively area of Rome. Very helpful and friendly staff.
On quite a busy and noisy street, but double glazing kept most of the noise out.
