La gentilezza del personale della reception e dei proprietari Ho soggiornato altre volte in questo hotel e l'ho trovato sempre pulito, però questa volta la stanza non era stata pulita a dovere. |

la gentilezza del personale e la posizione centrale con parcheggio privato gratuito Incredibilmente la colazione, seppur compresa nella tariffa, aveva delle cose basilari da pagare a parte e con costo eccessivo, come: uova 5,00 €, toast, acqua minerale, spremuta d'arancia etc. |

The room was clean & comfortable overlooking the courtyard with great views of the Duomo. The staff were incredibly helpful ,friendly and courteous and the hotel is located in a great situation within Como. Although we'd looked at maps to locate the hotel within Como it was very difficult as the directional signs were very small, saying that we arrived extremely late and were greeted warmly! |

Locality, was close to Lake Como. Pleasant staff.Comfortable with a nice lounge, which unfortunately we didn't have time to use. Hotel has character. The restaurant was disappointing and expensive. What we chose to have on the menu was not available and we had to choose something else that we didn't particularly want. |

location was fantastic, english-speaking staff very friendly and helpful with regards to trains, ferries where to find things, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Considering the last-minute booking, we found that we got good value for our money breakfast buffet did not have the best selection (no warm food, cold cuts, cheeses), however, this is nit-picking and it was sufficient for our needs |

Central Position. Easy access to Lake. Close to Railway Station The hotel is dated & in need of refurbishment. Breakfast is very ordinary.. Shower is a problem with little or inconsistent hot water. Changes from warm to cold and stays cold for some time.Water pressure is poor. |

de gelegenheid vr parkeren, die zeer moeilijk is in como! de mensens waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam weinig privacy, en zeer lange gangen met kamers op de meest onmogelijke plaatsen. ook weinig geluidsisolatie, ik werd wakker van het gesnurk van de buurman |
