La gentilezza del personale della reception e dei proprietari Ho soggiornato altre volte in questo hotel e l'ho trovato sempre pulito, però questa volta la stanza non era stata pulita a dovere. |

la gentilezza del personale e la posizione centrale con parcheggio privato gratuito Incredibilmente la colazione, seppur compresa nella tariffa, aveva delle cose basilari da pagare a parte e con costo eccessivo, come: uova 5,00 €, toast, acqua minerale, spremuta d'arancia etc. |

Parking and good reception! Difficult to access with a car as it is in the middle of a pedestrian zone which appears to deny vechicular access. Once you find the blue direction signs in the centre of the town you have to be brave and keep driving! |

Great location right inside the city center of Como. Very close to the Duomo and the lake. The hotel is very close to the area where the street market is and you will hear the noises associated with the morning set up for the market. |

The staff was very helpful, good internet connection (WIFI) for free and the location is very clos to everything Price was a bit too high (but it was cheapest that I could find at the end of august) |

The location is excellent and the free onsite parking is very handy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed pillows were almost as firm as sandbags. The breakfast was uninspiring with the bread not very fresh. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of everything! Clean. The beds and pillows are very hard. |

The room was clean & comfortable overlooking the courtyard with great views of the Duomo. The staff were incredibly helpful ,friendly and courteous and the hotel is located in a great situation within Como. Although we'd looked at maps to locate the hotel within Como it was very difficult as the directional signs were very small, saying that we arrived extremely late and were greeted warmly! |

1. Location in a pedestrian area makes driving to the parking forecourt very very dangerous 2. Restaurant very poor value. Tiny portions and high prices. 3. Buffet breakfast (included) very limited, even to the point of no proper bread.. |

Locality, was close to Lake Como. Pleasant staff.Comfortable with a nice lounge, which unfortunately we didn't have time to use. Hotel has character. The restaurant was disappointing and expensive. What we chose to have on the menu was not available and we had to choose something else that we didn't particularly want. |
