The hotel is located near Termini Station and iti is very easy to arrive in tne centre and any side of the city The breakfast is quite poor and the elevator is too small if you have big luggage. |

the cleaning ladies were really rude and didn't clean our room twice because we were sleeping too long as they said. we left our room at 11 a.m. so I don't think that it was too long. So we had to ask for the towels ourselves. |

Only location, very close to 2 metro stations. Very bad old furniture, small bathroom, no proper shower, you could not take shower properly, small toilet seat, you could not seat on it. No fridge, not clean enough. Breakfast - cold croissant and coffee (coffee was ok). I was in many three star hotels, but this one was the worst one. Before I went there, I've read all reviews, and they were mainly all negative, they were all true :-( |

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I could see from the balcony was the opposite dirty wall. |

The guest comments and the rating led me to expect much less than what the room actually was. Room was neat and clean. Single rooms are small but fine. Good location, Good value for money. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant, if you know and accept that it is fine. |

The location is great, close to the Metro and Termini Station. The room was clean and nice. There is something horrible about this Hotel. When you take the lift then you have about 15 steps to reach your floor. I had an heavy luggage and it was awful to do so many steps with it. Breakfast a bit poor. Anything else was fine. |

We found the accomodation a bit rough considering it was on as three star. Generally the decore of the room was lacking. The breakfact was prety non descript consisting of bread or a cake. |

Excellent hotel staff; speakink bird during breakfast ;-) There are 3 hotels in the building and the Tre Stelle is not well marked from street - you see only Hotel Dolomity. |
