Friendly staff Near Termini station Room was comfortable Good enough breakfast to start the day
A bit far from tourist zones Noisy due to hospital near (ambulances passing by very often) The room was clean but could use wall painting (minor details) Leaving passport there until check out
Wifi was excellent and loction was good near termini station just one metro stop to it
Bed was uncomfortable .. breakfast was not enough and no options
Location is very near the castro metro station alsa to Termini( not 200 mt.) The room view was city view and nice.
Wi fi had only in reception floor. Breakfats was very weak and personel were rude. The building was very old and compilicated. The room price was too high in respect of room quality.
The location was nice, near to Termini Station and for the price, it was decent,
There was this hotel manager guy who took my passport and wouldnt give me till I cleared the payment dues, he talked in a tone not befitting of a good host, and this was not good customer experience. The Wifi was not at all good and the range never extended to my room,
the position was convinient
the bed was old and unconfortable, the sheets broken and old, the pillows were smelly, the room was dirty, the hair dried didn´t work, the toilet sit was broken, the room was ugly, dark and smelly and you could hear everyone else in the night
near city center
not having wifi in the room
No confort Very old installation No wifi
Location was good but difficult to find as 2 hotels are in same building.
Lift is too small and doesn't go till top floor
Except the location, nothing is good about this hotel. Dirty room, very dirty blanket, awful towels, broken furniture, poor breakfast.
wifi only in the breakfast room loud climatisation that was pre-set for 27 degrees in night, if off and you wanted to open the window to have some fresh air there was a big noisy machine… view into a wall, dark room a lot of noise from the hall I found the behavior of the man on the reception inappropriate
Location good - close to Castro Pretorio Metro station. Room size very good. Comfortable seats in breakfast area. Daily room make up was good.
Room including curtains and wardrobe stank of stale cigarettes. Shower rose broken. Toilet cistern sprays water over bathroom as it fills. WiFi useless & mostly at 1Mbit/second. All rooms require stairs as lift stops on the landings between floors only. 1 croissant, 3 bread rolls & coffee/tea for breakfast. Staff openly fraternised with smokers in the building vestibule thus allowing cigrarette smoke to waft up the stairwell.. Hotel easily missed as no obvious signage on the street. Will never return to this hotel.
Good location right next to Metro stop Friendly staff Was upgraded to a Triple room at no extra charge Nice breakfast consisting of fresh croissants and café latte or Cappucino
Very noisy street, No Wi-Fi only in Bar area Very thin towels that smelt funny Shower screen was broken
Very close to the historical center of town. Quite cheap,
WiFi was only on the reception and in the cafe. Room looks shabby.
Nothing was nice about this hotel...even calling it a hotel is a compliment I would rather not give it
The location, better off stayin nearer to termini. The room was tiny with an uncomfortable bed but the noise was the worst. Right next to a hospital, sirens went all night and the noise from other guests was very auidable through paper thin walls. Nothing about this place was nice
Bathroom - toilet seat and shower head broken Cleanliness All of the above to be expected for the price though!
Cheap(ish) place to stay in a big city that is Rome. Hotel is located in a building along with three others. AC was good, and location is within a 5 minute walk to Termini station.
Breakfast was poor, at best. Consisted of bread and jam. Butter was mouldy one morning!
Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided every day. Breakfast was basic but it filled us so no complaints there. Great location. Nearby restaurant Tre Archi was very good.
There was a horrible smell in the bathroom (like pee). It did not reduce even with the exhaust on for hours.
Very good location close to Metro and termini station.
The shower cabin was tiny and a bit claustrophobic.
Staff is nice and helpful. Very close to the railway station termini. Easy to go everywhere.
Location not far from termini.
Small bathroom with poor toiletries and towels.bad wifi connection except at the bar.
Very satisfied with the hotel, all is fine.we have a happy trip. Thanks for their service.
The breakfast as Not much to offer and needs more options
Very close to shops and restaurants, affordable and great customer service. Friendly workers and 5 minutes from the station.
