Doskonała lokalizacja - znakomita baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta, blisko metro, niska cena, pyszna kawa na śniadanie, czyste pokoje. Świetne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt.

W nocy chłodno (styczeń), słychać, co robią sąsiedzi (spuszczanie wody, prysznic), śniadanie = kawa+ciastko, dozwolone palenie papierosów, hałas z ulicy.

Location is brilliant. 5 mins walk from Termini, 1 min walk from nearest Metro station.

No Internet. That was a problem.

This is a budget-hotel that does the job. Good location (very close to train station), and cheap. It's ok for one night but I wouldn't stay there longer. Fairly noisy: definitely not advisable during the summer months as there is no A/C in the rooms, and opening the windows would imply too much noise. Breakfast is included.

The towels: the so-called "towels" are closer to being kitchen rags. They really need to invest in something better.

It is a nice hotel, our room was good enough for a couple. The breakfast was good enough and I wouldn't complain about the cleaning.

The only thing really messed up was the elevator.

The size of the room, especially the bath room of the single room was too small and the lift is too old and you always have to go at least one stairs up or down.

Nothing. It was dirty, the matress smelled of urine, the "Breakfast room" had 4 tables, the staff were rude and would make you wait for ages. You would get a coffee and 1 croissant for breakfast. The place was noisy - constant banging and tile replacement - and it looked like a building site. I felt ripped off... you trust a certain standard for a certain number of stars... this one had 3, but I stayed in 1 star hostals elsewhere and the quality was better.

I did not like 1 thing! I would recommend a sanitary control and a reassessment of the standard of the hotel for the number of stars it was given....

This is an old fashioned Rome hotel, and it is beautiful. The public areas are antique, very well maintained and cleaned. Our room was very comfortable and large (for a European city), the air conditioning functioned flawlessly, and the hot water was hot. The hotel is within comfortable walking distance of the main train station and one block from a Metro stop in a busy and non-threatening neighborhood. Firm bed and excellent linens. The breakfast was coffee and a bread selection nicely served and quite adequate. Come early for the chocolate croissant. Restaurants nearby and Barclays Bank across the street.

No serious problems. We arrived by taxi, but if you come late or on foot it might be a bit difficult to find. The sign for the hotel flat on the building at the entrance. There are several hotels in the building, but the desk for this hotel is on ground level just inside on the left.

Breakfast is very little: only one cake and cofe or tea. Refrigerator is absent.
