Overall the hotel is good.

Difficult to locate as there are no visible signs outside the hotel. Not very comfortable.

Staff (except the woman at reception) was very unfriendly. Breafast was surved by the stuff - only 1 loaf with 1 cup of hot drink - no refill, no choice. Bedcover stinked. Small towels were taken from the room and not returned. Even after request they were not brought.

We stayed in this hotel for a week (1 to 8 May 2013) and the only thing we really liked about it was its location.

The staff was very unpleasant, even rude. Their treatment was very non-professional, especially staff working at night. Also, the breakfast was poor, but that would not be a problem if only it changed a bit during the entire week - that did not happen, and literally the identical (very poor) meal was served during the entirety of our stay. Having this in mind and rudeness of staff, we really wonder how this hotel was licsensed to be a three-star hotel.

The hotel was not clean. I had to get another room on arrival as the first room was tiny, and disgusting. The next room was an improvement from the first but still not a 3 star standard,(should have been cleaner, holes in the wall, plug sockets hanging off the wall, looked un-cared for) The other members of my group's room door was broken and when we asked the staff to correct this, the staff suggested we buy scotch tape so that the door would lock,we obviously refused, so he then broke the lock further trying to fix it, so the door could not be closed over at all without jamming shut, so the suggestion was to have the door ajar, and put a chair up against the handle on the inside!!!! This was not a good first night experience after a long journey to the hotel. They had a very restless night due to this. The next night the staff did manage to fix the door. The hotel included breakfast, which was ridiculous, it included cereal with hot milk, toast from a packet??? Or a pastry. There was a coffee and tea machine but no juice. We did not go back for breakfast the next two mornings. The hotel also advertised the bar that they had, which was laughable. It had a tiny selection available, no soft drinks, no ice, and was the same room we ate breakfast in the first morning (not really a bar at all). However due to the area we were located in, it was the best choice we had, as the alternative (the yellow bar) the staff promoted to us, looked like a scottish fish and chip shop on the inside!! It was bizarre! We did not feel safe (5 girls) in the area, and it felt dirty. The first day a homeless man tried to steal my bag very close to the outside of the hotel. Thouroughly unimpressed, would not recommend it and would deffinatley not return. Thankfully the city of Rome is beautiful,and we could forget about our hotel from hell for the majority of the day!!!!!

The only thing we liked was the staff that worked for breakfast. They were extremely friendly and nice.

Hot water only worked half the time. The lighting in the room was terrible, old furniture and a scary elevator. The breakfast was not worth the money we paid. Only bread and coffee.

The Hotel is good located 5 minutes walking distance from the Termini, which is only plus of this place.

We booked 3 bed room. After we arrived late, we realised the room was not the same room I saw in the picture, was much smaller, so we probably got worst room they had, when the 3rd room wasnt really bed, just an extra bed. Distances between beds were so small, that you can hardly put your handn in the remaining space. Beds surface need change long time ago (now U shape), We ask another room, but not possible that night, they were full. The receptionist told us, he cant solvy anything there, because this is not his issue... Air condition was also not working, even we paid for it. They werent able to give us the remote control which was not in the room. Second day they even took us towels and did not exchanched for the new ones and still 3rd day were not all there again. Breakfast room was super small, not big enough for so many people there, so they were every day lines to get a table. Personell in the hotel was unfriendly and unhelpfull. Hotel itself is very noisy, if people starts to use flush and baths, you can forget to sleep. So in general I thing you can get much better room around for the same price. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody and will never book this place again, because this hotel was by far the worst I slept over years.

NO GOOD POINTS !!!

First of all room was not as displayed in booking.com. We booked a 3 bed room but it was actually a 2 bed room converted into 3 by putting an extra bed. Because of this bed you can not open the ward robe at all. Room is very congested, no plug point to recharge your cell phone or camera.In the bath room shower is placed very high, there is no hand shower and bath room door is unlock-able !!! Breakfast is very poor.No value for money.Several travelers walked out after seeing the rooms.

Easy walk to termini and city tour buses, very friendly helpful staff, good but small breakfast.

Situated near termini, about 2 km to fontane trevi and colloseum. Cafes, restorans,shops nearby. There is everything what you need in the rooms. Parking is in the street near hotel, 1 euro per hour, from 7 P.M. free

Lier! The staff changed my room into a smaller room and told me the room I booked was in first floor and didn't have water supply at that day. After one day's tour, we were very tired and just want to sit back and have a rest, so we didn't argue anything about the change. But at night, we found there were no hot water supplied in our room, my boyfriend went downstairs to tell them about this, the staff said ' I am sorry my friend, that room doesn't have hot water. And all the rooms are full, we cannot offer you a room to have a shower.' But they didn't tell us in advance about this! What's more, we found there were people live in the first floor, they just lied to us! Never come to this hotel!

It was great, quite central; not far from Termini. Really easy to find and a good location. We only wanted to sleep for two nights, and the price was reasonable and affordable. Room was neat.

The fact that when we arrived there was other room's rubbish in the corridor of our floor, but it was gone and cleaned up after some time. That's the thing that slightly bothered me, other than that, receptionist is good and speaks English.

the personal was unfriendly, the space for breakfast was limitate so we couldn't to take the breakfast, the internet conection doesn't work, the room was horrible!

It was close to city centre.

We had bad working shower in our room. We told to receptionist for three Times about that but nobody can't fix that problem. Also air condition was very dirty.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful old building which it shares with other hotels. The inside of the hotel is modern and basic, so are the rooms. The A/C is a wonderful addition when visiting Rome in high summer like we did. I measure a hotel by the three B's (bed, bathroom, breakfast) and hotel staff. Bed is from my parents childhood era, but yet very comfortable. Bathroom is small, but not as terrible as some suggest on this site! Besides, after seeing several hotels in Italy I noticed most of them have small bathrooms. Breakfast is very, and I mean very basic. The only positive thing is the fresh Italian coffee they give you and the fruit juice. Staff is OK, they don't speak wonderful English (but then again, which Italian does) and don't have much interest to help you. But they are friendly. Location is perfect! It's a 3 minute walk from the nearest metro station which offers direct connections to Termini (one stop), Colosseum/Foro Romano and Circus Maximus.The bus to Termini (including the night bus) stops in front of the hotel. Location is perfect!

Breakfast and only one fresh towel on Sunday. Apparently they can only give one clean towel or something on Sunday, but they take away the old one. You have to go downstairs to the reception the next morning to ask for a extra clean towel. City tax has to be paid in cash (hmm...).

Close to the central station/metro/bus. Nice accomodations. Air conditioning. Good breakfast, simple but nice.

There are like 4 or 5 hotels in the same building, so a little confusing. But this has a reception on the ground floor. To access the rooms, you have to pass through other grounds where works other hotels. The elevator is a little hard to use (many people/hotels/only 1 elevator). The television where so high above the bed that we could hardly see it.

Decent rooms. Good location, only 500 meters from Termini station. Supermarket is only 30 meters away!

No internet connection. Breakfast was very poor.
