The hotel is well located 2 minutes from San Marco square , brilliant location . but rooms are very smaal , smaller than showen on the internet, food is not so good |

We had a very charming room on the top floor with superb views from the bathroom and balcony. The location is perfect. Staff members were helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good, served at a sister hotel around the corner. The address (on Piazza San Marco) was misleading; the number is actually on a side-street very near the Piazza, but I had a scary moment when I couldn't find it in the Piazza itself. The location is so good that there's no need to overstate it. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, including day manager, three different desk clerks and the cleaning staff. My third-floor room was very noisy from the all-night cafe across the alley from the hotel. |

Zentrale Lage, saubere Unterkunft, guter Zimmerservice, Zimmersafe Die vorhandene Dachterrasse könnte besser gestaltet werden, sie ist in dieser Lage eigentlich etwas Besonderes. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. |

Sijainti oli erinomainen lähellä San Marcoa, kuitenkin pienen, iltaisin rauhallisen kadun varrella. Ilmastointi toimi! Tulopäivänä vastaanotossa oli pari nuorta tyttöä, joita palvelu ei tuntunut kovin paljon kiinnostavan. Lähtöaamuna vuorossa ollut nuori nainen puolestaan palveli loistavasti! |

la proximité avec la place saint marc indigne de 3 etoiles. Chambre très petite, aucune insonorisation entre les chambres, on sait se qui se passe dans les chambres voisines en permanence (douche,toilette,disputes,ébats etc), douche d'un autre age,moisissures au plafond, salle de petit déjeuné en dehors de l'hotel, personne à la réception aprés 23h etc..... la liste est trop longue |

Die Lage des Hotels, über eine Brücke durch einen Torbogen und schon ist man auf der Piazza San Marco. Der unglaubliche Preis für die Suite. Die gebuchte Suite war für die erste Übernachtung belegt. Wir mussten deswegen die erste Nacht in 2 Doppelzimmer verbringen. Diese Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das Frühstück im Restaurant nebenan ist für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr eintönig und der Kaffee war schlecht. |

Die Lage ist top! Leider stand während meines Aufenthaltes jeden Tag bis 16 Uhr der gesamte Eingangsbereich sowie die Rezeption kniehoch unter Wasser und dementsprechend roch es im Hotel. |
