Best of our interest in this hotel is its location only. When we arrived there was no one waiting for us and we had to drag our bags from one place to another for a distance of about two kilometers. Reception staff where at the other hotel next door were too agressive to the guests.They were all arrogant in their dealings with guests to the maximum degree especially with guests from middle east. When we arrived they did not recognise that we reserve one room for three guests, thus the workers bring a bed and put it in that small room which can only accommodate for two, so the kids could not move inside The key of the other room was old and every time we find it difficult to open the door

Hotel location was great - right in the action of St Marco's Square. Hotel room was cleaned. Room was very small and the breakfast was not great (breakfast staff were a bit rude).

* Location * The room had an excellent view over St. Mark's tower but you could hear a loud noise over the walls. Not for people that require a quite sleep. Also I was there during the opening of the Biennale, € 200 for a single room 3-hotel seem a bit of a robbery.

Location was wonderful. Crowded, hot, stuffy, room was not serviced during our two night stay. Check in and out at the hotel next door - not convenient at all. Breakfast not included and not worth the extra price.

Es un buen hotel, similar a 3 estrellas europeo, pero bien. Estupenda localizacion en la ciudad, buena relacion calidad precio, bonito. Desayuno estandar europeo. Limpieza de de la habitacion buena. Algunos aseos de algunas habitaciones huelen regular, a tuberias viejas. Algunas habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas.

La Ubicacion, a dos minutos de la Plaza San Marcos No me ha gustado pagar más de 100 euros la noche por una habitación en la que el labavo está dentro (literalmente) de la habitación y en la que le wc y la ducha comparten un pequeño espacio, que olia a tuberias sucias.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer enthielt alle essentiellen Dinge für eine Übernachtung, war sauber und insbesondere auch das Bad. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältinisse sehr gut. Es wurde allerdings entgegen meinem Verständnis der Hotelbeschreibung extra beechnet. Wo die 3 Sterne herkommen ist uns unklar! Der erste Eindruck war ernüchternd. Das Entree eher eine Rumpelkammer als ein gepflgter Hoteleingang. Zudem roch es etwas muffig. Das Zimmer war klein, nicht für ein angenehmen Aufwärmen geeignet. Ein paar kleine Schimmelflecken an der Außenwand des Bades fielen kaum auf. Der Ausblick auf die gegenüberliegende im Abstand von 1,5-2 m war wenig verlockend. Der Preis für die Übernachtung insgesamt gewaltig. Wir werden in diesem Hotel sicher nicht wieder einkehren.

+chambre confortable, air conditionne, ascenseur, personnel accueillant (peut être un peu plus de sourires au petit déjeuner...) - salle de bains beaucoup trop petite, inondée, l'eau ne s'écoulant pas,donc wc les pieds dans l'eau, et des odeurs persistantes de moisi, heureusement une porte de séparation et des fenêtres pour aérer la chambre rapport qualité prix: ce serait très bien s'il y avait une salle de bains correcte...nous aurions aimé un petit geste, une petite réduction..., car j'espère que toutes les salles de bains ne sont pas comme celle là petit déj: bien, copieux et varié

Situation géographie - chambre propre - amabilité du personnel - petit déjeuner correct - excellent rapport qualité prix (99€ pour chambre double sdb perso lors de la réservation + 12€pp pour le petit déj) Très mineur: - petit déjeuner et réception dans un hôtel associé à 2 min de marche. - bien repérer sur une carte où se trouve l'hôtel car vraiment en plein centre dans de petites ruelles et pas facile à trouver si pas de plan.

Véletlenül kétszer vonták le a szoba árát a bankkártyáról, de ezt rögtön korrigálták és valószínű, hogy ezt a kellemetlenségek ellensúlyozzák szerintünk nagyobb szobát kaptunk, mint amit választottunk. Köszönjük:)A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes!

Mi-a placut pt ca era curat si in camera si in baie.Amplasarea foarte buna. Eu am o problema cu asternuturile,desi curate,nu pot sa suport sa ma acopar cu paturile alea fara sa fie puse in husa.Sunt puse doar peste un cearceaf de protectie.Dar am vazut ca asa e obiceiul la foarte multe hoteluri.

Caro, tal como tudo em Veneza. O pequeno almço não estava incluido. Custou €6,0 /pessoa, o que era razoavel. Vale somente pela localização que é excelente, logo por tras da praça de S. Marcos
